Plz can anyone tell me wht is the setting to change the msg itno multi..
because if someone msg me more then 160 words it dosent apears.. it only comes till 160 words..
so plz plz tell me the setting so that I can read the complete msg

The Operational is just standard modern ponsel. I like this phone, bcause the 'model' is nice and cool

poor quality dust get under scrren ver easily.i hav 4 2 month but now fed up of this.donot get it try some thing else

I got this phone 6 days back.I have made a big mistake puchasing this.The software in this phone is not that intelligent .I had a phone previously of another make , the price of which was much less than this but had great features & an intelligent software built in it.The price which I paid is not worth it.I suggest to pick another phone from Nokia (Like 6600)

In the manual of the 6020, there is an option for the addition of bluetooth feature.
I had inported this device called (AD-5B) for that purpose and bought the ear piece, but could not operate !!!! can anyone tell me of a software to download in order to have a live bluetooth feature???????????

this phone sucks ,just bought for 6 days the phone got pro already.it suddenly shuts down and when i turn it on back no respond so i took it to the shop to fix this ,they said tat need to send in warranty !sigh.......
disappointed!!!

i have a nokia 6020 and i have problem with it that when i turn of the phone and turn it on the software changes to the factor default setting and when i asked they said that the software V.3 is the response of that . please sir tell me the the truth

i cant get the infrared to go on. wen i select it it does not appear on my screen but if i then go to my menu its flashin in the corner, no one can send anything to me and i cant send anything either. anybody help me plz

i bought this cell couple of dayz ago .. its nice i luv it .. the only prob is it doesnt have a bluetooth but overall its gr8 ..

my nokia 6020 thinks that headphones are connected, so when i answer a call, they cannot hear me and me not them, is it broken.

Very pleased with phone. Rather basic but practical.Only problem is have scratch on screen and want ti fit new cover. I know you can buy covers but can't see how to remove front cover - no instructions in manual. Can anyone help?
