I luv my 6111 coz it's so cute but I have also experienced some problems with it,such as when the screen goes white and switches off,but it has only happened a few times.I had a Nokia 2600 and the same thing would also happen.Still luv it!!!

Horrible, horrible little phone! Switches itself off all the time and the only thing the care center will do is "fix" it (until the problem arises again! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE

nice phone, have the pink one but the colour is coming off the keys......also how do i transfer my music from my laptop on to my phone.....any help gladly recieved

Had the nokia 6111 for nearly a year had no problems with it at all i dont use the MP3 on the phone i have a proper MP3 for that it lasts ages when charged up

14month's old now and going strong,ive been using this fone alot heavy user,texting so on.yes it does switch off sometimes,but not often and in a few seconds later its running again.at the time i got it was $500 aus dollars,wayy ova priced.but since it was a freebee,im not complaining.i like cause its small,im a male.so i would recommend for blokes too.

I have had this phone for 6 months. The first time the battery refused to charge...better said, the phone didnt even recognize that the charger was connected. Took it to tech service and they gave me a new one. After one month, the new one ALSO refuses to charge....I have had Nokias before and never had any problem like this. This is a bad phone...

I also got the 6111 phone for a xmas present and in February it stopped sending, recieving txt messages it would not even let me into the messages folders (in box for example), i gave the phone the benifit of the doubt and i went to O2 store and they swaped it out it was working perfectly till 2 weeks later it was donig the same thing, but there was a slight difference it was working one hour then not for a day then working for another hour and so on. I went to the O2 store and called every single O2 customer care line etc and i got no help at all. I was basically telling them that i have seem the problems of this phone and i have heard that alot of people were having the problems we are all having and i was not excepting the 6111 again, i wanted a new model. Being sent to piller and post i finally got an answer after treatening legal action. I informed them that the problem was going to happen again and i was not willing to be in this same postition again in 2 weeks. So after numerious calls and speaking to nearly everyone in O2 in every department i finnally got an answer. Basically because it was bought online non of the stores could help me with my swap out but for a different model as that is not procedure of the company i explained to them that it was not procedure that my phone is not working and they are not promising that my next phone will work either. To cut a long story short i am getting a refund off my phone. I had to send it back to the Online office and they are refunding it in full. So my advise to you all is to get a refund and buy a different phone, i woudl stongly advise you guys to do this as Nokia took me around the world trying to cover up there mistake with this model. Let me know how you get on.

this phone is poor, and yes i have one of the same problems posted by many of u guys the screen has gone white, it keeps turning itself off, and i cant even get to enter my pin number to save my phone numbers or pics etc, any help u guys have plz help ! to u guys thinking of getting this phone, DON'T

help, i have recently purchased a nokia 6111 secondhand on o2, i had it unblocked to receive any network as im contracted to orange, i can receive and make calls but when i try to send text messages they fail, i can receive text messages though any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks

Nokia 6111 display has broken suddenly.
Technical assistance doesn't cover this problem.
I didn't leave to fall the phone.
Probably the problem is on the small distance between the display and keyboard. The friction finishes for forcing the display, breaking it.

Marjan : Flip the phone. On the back is the camera part .. above the camera is the panel for the sim.

Bought one. Nice little phone - poor quality music though (even at MP3 format // 192 kbps) ... Also, after 3 months or so ... the phone is now turning itself off at will - even with full charge.

Got this fone in october. had no problems until now, It's Refusing to charge !!
Taking it back tomorrow
The same thing just happened to my friends nokia 6111 too.
