i have had my nokia6111 for a few months now
and i am very happy with my phone it can only take 5mp3 but i say you only need 1 ringtone and with the sofware you get it is so easy to put on new songs and pic when you want to a money saver.this is the first nokia i bought and i have not been dissipointed in my phone yet.u go nokia.

well overall its a good phone if you have small hands, so mostly a womens phone but.. still can be for anyone.. i do have the problem where the screen goes white and you have to turn it back on again! very anoying also the side volume button very sensitive whenevr i touch it the volume goes down thats anoying to but its got good styl small but wide :) camera and other features are good..

im goin to get this phone for my birthday .. but reading sum bad comments is really putting me off!! i really dont no if i should get it but i really want it !! dus u think i should get it? is it worth it ?

The Nokia 6111 looks OK. It's a bit big lk, and square, but it's ok. My mate got the phone for her birthday and she dropped it a few days later and the front slidey thing came off, and it gets easily scratched. I don't like the layout of the phone, it's complicated and it's got small memory. I didn't get the phone, i got a SILVER SAMSUNG E370! Its luvlii! It's rlli small and light but it's way betta than the nokia. It's got more memory, a betta camera, more adjustments and features, it's wayyyy wayyyyy wayyy better! So if you are having second thoughts abou the Nokia 6111, check out the SAMSUNG e370! You'll love it !

I really want this for Christmas, because it looks really pretty and good. However, your comments have made me wonder if I should get it or not. About half of the opinions on here are crediting the phone and the other half are saying how rubbish it is. I really need to make up my mind about this, and would appreciate some help. Should I Get The Nokia 6111, Cath Kidston Limited Edition Phone?

I have a pink 6111 from 6 months now and it is GREAT. Never had any problem !
Before I bought, I read here a lot of bad opinions about it but I´m glad I didn´t believe on them.
It is so cute and so easy to use...It is a Nokia really. The only thing I would say it is not great it is the battery who comes flat after 3 days of use. All the other features are fine : bluetooth, 1 megapixel camera, 30 MB memory , push-to-talk, radio, recorder, music player.
I do think it is the best Nokia I ever had.

i have the nokia 6111 it is so cute i hate the sliver one but the black one is the best i really like it. it has alot of good things nothing is a problem in it i just love it !!!

No doubt a cute phone..Got it 6 mths ago and the 1st challenge was that it kept going on & off. Now the speakers are bad except i use handsfree. I wonder why put an MP3 function with such a low memory, at best you'll get 6 song...Above all the phone is really chicky!!!

hey guys i have this fone and i do love it but one problem it wont let me receive my MMS messages it keeps telling me to change the settings and i have several times but it wont do anything different..anyone got any suggestions?????

I've had about 8 different Nokia phones over the last 10 years and I must say the 6111 is the worst phone I've had. The signal is very poor(put my SIM in my old 6120 and get two extra bars), the battery life is not as good as some of the old nokias and after having it for 6 months the phone started turning itself off. Now it resets itself (turn off and on) every few hours.
This is not an isolated problem just with my phone because I purchase two others for two of my collegues and their phones do it as well.
The phone has some nice features like MP3, radio and Megapixel camera but its not very realiable, I would suggest another model with the same features.

i bought it 6mths ago and i got it stolen!
i love it so much and im still looking for it in pink colour...

I would NOT reccommend you get the 6111... definately stay away from it. I bought one when they came out in India at the end of 05. EVERYONE has the same problems: turning itself off and on again. The slide mechanism does not work properly...It goes through good weeks and bad weeks but its so frustrating. I have had to pay so much more to reconnect all my calls that have been cut off mid way because of the phone.
I sent the phone back under warranty and 2 weeks later got the phone back with a software upgrade and new battery which was supposed to fix it... 3 weeks later it was turning off again!!!
Its a lovely little phone and i love the features, but its so unreliable.With all its problems it still remains one of the most beautiful LOOKING models of Nokia.. it looks great.. wish it would work better!

ive got this phone and i also find the screen goes white and it turns off. often its because theres to many msgs on it and if i clear all the msgs it stops doing it

this phone is absolutly awsum!!! i have had it for about 9 months now and its my baby, hahahhaaha!
for those of you complaining about the memory, u need to look at those types of things before you purchase a phone like this. also mp3 songs take up heaps of space.
i only have 1 half a song and 100 photos, a couple of videos and im still not out of space.
use an ipod for mp3s!!!!
