Jasmie
i have also meet that problem before and noticed that evry time i install any application my phone memory used is increasing and had reached up to 13mb wher as no files were saved in it. Im askin to myself where did it go? By reading some forums ive seen one and tried it and its succesfull my free phone memory returned to almost zero or as low as 65 kb. I just did the hard reset but before doing it u must first hav a backup of your contact, calendar notes etc dat is in your pone memory coz dey wil be all deleted upon ressetting

          @ Chamika,

          By reading the posts i see that you are one of the most knowledgeable people here. so i would like to ask a small question from you.

          Comparing the 6120 classic with the E51 don't you think the E51 is more value for money than buying a 6120 classic? because the price has only a small difference between these 2 phones. also the materials which are used to make the E51 are very high quality materials while they don't use that much of high quality material for the 6120.

          speaking about the sound quality the E51 is very loud than the 6120 classic. i personally tested before buying my E51. also the camera is pretty much the same but the camera on the E51 is a lot better. the only downside i see with the camera of the E51 is that it don't have a flasher and also it don't have a secondary camera which is a bit inconvenient to make video calls. besides that the E51 is almost without fault + the E51 is a lot faster than the 6120 classic.

          if you check the prices of these 2 phones you will notice that the E51 is a little bit expensive than the 6120 classic. but the build quality is good, the sounds are excellent, the performance is outstanding, camera quality is brilliant... + you get more fun, look more professional and reliability for the money you pay.

          so my question to you is, why should a person buy a 6120 classic over a Nokia E51 while that person can buy the E51 for a little bit more?

            Hey Chamika, thanks!!. Just one last question. I have read a lot of opinions saying that the 6120 camera is bad. Is the camera of this phone really that bad? If you don't mind, i am currently using a 3110c and i am wanting a Symbian phone right now. Would you be able to compare the camera of the 6120 with the 3110c please. I know it's not fair to compare the two and there is no such comparison at all since the 6120 has 2 mp cam w/ flash while 3110c only got 1.3 mp w/o flash. So just be kind enough to bare with me please.. It's just for the sake of comparing the camera since i am only owning the 3110c as cameraphone. Because if the 6120's camera is at least the same or better than 3110c, then i would definitely buy it since the 3110c's cam for me is just enough.. And if the 6120 cam is better, then please be kind enough to emphasize how great it is compared to 3110c cam. Do compare the 6120 cam with the 3110c with the flash turned off please so that at least it would be almost fair.. Thanks..

              @Harshet
              6233 is series 40 phone.It has Nokia OS.
              But 6120c is series 60 phone & has more advanced operating system Symbian OS than Nokia OS.(Like difference between Windows 95 & Vista)

              6120c display has more colors than 6233.
              6233 is cheap.But 6120c is better in features

                  6120c can records both types (3gp,mp4)
                  If u use high quality then videos record in mp4
                  if u use low quality then record 3gp.

                  mp4 quality is very good with 2 mega pixel cam.

                          I have trouble with the organiser - when I synchronise with Lotus Notes the phone is stuck and very slow. I have to reinitialise and then everything is back to normal. Who knows why ?
