QuizMaster this is not a symbian phone,it is a U 40 system which means bigger&adjustable font size,bigger buttons,etc.Personnally I prefer UI40 to symbian cause it doesnt cause any problems like hanging,etc

the phone is great and it suits all my needs and it is the best mobile i've ever had but there is one problem,i bought a 1 GB micro sd memory card for it although it works as if the card is 512 MB,i really dont know why

josh_ww you can create playlists via nokia PC suite, then transfer music, then on the phone you open the music player, options, track list, options again, change track list and there are all the playlists you've created... i hope this info was helpful

I have 1GB Micro SD memory installed in the phone and in it I have a folder for mp3 ringtones and another for normal mp3 songs.
When I start the music player, it reads all the songs in the Micro SD memory so it reads all the songs of both folders. My question is... Is there any way to make the phone read only the songs that are in the normal mp3 songs folder???.

i bought a 1GB micro sd card for my phone, so i've got like 380 songs, the problem i have with the music player is that when i choose a song from the track list, it plays another one, and the songs are fine, because in shuffle mode (without me selecting those songs) it plays them well, when i choose those same songs but not from the music player but from the folders it plays them, does anyone else has this problem??? =(

Josh... have peolples that have this problem... it´s a version.. whit is your version? My is 3.70 and don´t have this trouble.. I think that is 3.5 to old. New´s version dont´have this problem.
Peoples!!! Some guy broke the internal display and tel me that have one acrilic piece that protect a internal display (it´s fine and slim piece acrilic). So, this display have a protection. Some peoples thinking that the display is direct show, btu is not real.
And finnaly, some people do one think: take a battery BL-5C and remove the plastic cover, for put in this phone and is OK!!! But he don´t tel me some days the phone is during with BL-5C. I will question this think and I will post here. If some people want do this... is possible!!

Sometimes when I'm applying some new theme to the phone, the main display turns white and then it returns to the main screen without applying the new theme. Also, sometimes it just turns black (like when the phone is OFF), but it keeps applying the theme. Then I have to touch some key to show the screen again till it finish to apply the theme.
Does anyone have had this problem??? Is it a bug or just it's the way the phone works??? If it is a bug, is there a way to solve it???

Answering your asks.... for my thinking..:
1) - In Brazil, I don´t see the back cover, that´s the only i think that can change...I think that don´t can change other pieces.
2) - The games on this phone is 3ª dimensiom... In Brazil, have in site of celular Brand, games and you can download, if you pay each game, but i don´t seek 3ª dimensions games...
3) - The ear-phone sound is good (not extreme..)... but the internal speaker is not soo good (like Sony Ericson). You have that change the equalization for best sound... the high frequency is not soo good - like tweeter - and the hole of speaker is so small, and the sound quality because this problem is not good... You have the put a hand front a hole for liste the music better (he he he... - I think for me, is the best for earing the music, because the sound return on my hand for my ear!!).
The connector pop-port at ear-phone is so bigger, and the cable ou cord of the phone is not longer...
But, resume, the functional of this phone is good, and the display (only trouble you know: the battrery is bad and nedd the protection on internal display). bye..

Peoples!! I send e-mail to NOKIA about the battery life is bad, and I ask for engeneers of NOKIA why don´t made a new model of battrey for 6131 with more power and current, and same width that BL-4C. Only a new modelk of battery that resolve this problem. I think that all peoples can send e-mails to NOKIA asking and needind a new battery for this model 6131, because really: the battery is during only 2 days with no more use. So long all peoples..

im confused should i buy nokia (6125) or should i buy (6131)
there r no real price differance
but i heared people r complaining about the (6131) battery life they say it only live for 1 or 2 days max.
and please if u know any other differance except for the battery and the mail screen tell me

to jimile 63,,,ive used bluetooth for years and even with smartphones in can take 5 or more attempts to connect via bluetooth but that said motos are always odd to pair with...I always press find me on the motorola phone then set the other phone to search for devices & it will pick up the moto phone...At this point its often best to pair the units so they can pass info freely..To send from motos you have press copy or move then up comes the bluetooth option where as most phones have a send option,The 6131 is still a fully featured fone even includes a scientific calculator so there
