hey guys, has any of you experience from this phone when you hear a sound like a click coming from the phone then suddenly it just restarts? this has happened and repeated 3 times to me already. though i just heard the "click" this last time 'cause that happened while i was trying to call someone and when i already placed the phone next to my ear so i really heard that which almost sounds like a short circuit or something. i know it's common for most nokia phone models to restart all of a sudden but the sound sure surprised me. but an overall very good clamshell from nokia.
i would like to hear a feedback.

does anyone know if the magnet from a phone case effect the front cover display?

nice mob overall. Although i noticed the battery is very very weak. Camera is not good as weel except in outdoors during the day. Design is nice though i have to give credit to nokia for this clamshell. Mp3 player is good as well, so what if it is simple, y need more than play/stop rewind/foward huh? As i said before this mob if it had a stronger battery it would be one of nokia's best or close... Another positive thing is the nice display, the 16 million colour tft screen... A drawback i noticed is the Micro SD card which is quite annoying having to remove the back cover of the mob. Also it has only 11Mb internal memory , i mean if no SD card is bought , mobile is useless i must admit.. on d whole great mob...

it's a great piece, but the camera snsitivity at night sucks even when the night mode is activated....

ya its a nice phone it does not come wid a memory card u can put a original 1 gb card dat will be nice n as it is a flip phone wid some mechanism and a series 40 software so its better to take iy under warranty ok i m still sad coz its camera is not performing bad i think n 72 is doing good

i've been saving up to get this phone, but i have some inquiries about the 6131, since it doesn't come with a memory card what size of memory card should i get and also should i also get the phone with warranty? because i have to pay extra for 1 year warranty from nokia care. im currently using a 6670, and it's my first time to get a clamshell or flip type phone. thanks

Hey can anyone help me with downloading from the Nokia site.Everytime I try to go to get new themes or games it says link failed not once has it connected even after waiting 10 mins or more. as a new phone just out new content doesn't seem readily available

Hi, I have just bought this phone about 2 wks ago. So far I love it but i can't seem to download any new themes or games.Link keps getting lost after waiting to connect for up to 10mins. I'm with vodafone and there doean't seem to be any upgrades, games etc avail as the Ph has only been out a few mths.I can't even Dwnld from Nokia site as times out or loses link. Can anyone help Please?

i seee the phone is giving a tuff competition to moto razr and sony w series coz its cost is around 12k it has all feature s like 1 .3 cam mp3 radio 3g offline and all but i wanted to know dat can we load gif image as wallpaper will it be moving on screen after it is set can some one help we wi dis

well i've had this phone for 3 weeks now and all i've gotta say about it is i'm pleased! very pleased with it, its the first time i've had a mobile where i've not moaned about something 10/10 for nokia well done!

Here's what i think of this phone ->
*The camera sucked. Whether being taking picture or video, the quality was horrible.
*The camera button on the side keeps getting activated easily, even when it's in my handbag. But using the key lock button, would cause some inconvenience when I need to change profile or send smses.
*The silver rim of the phone gets scratched pretty easily.
*The flipping mechanism feels kind of flimsy after a while.
Besides all the above mentioned, the phone's not too bad. I'd give it a 7/10. Cheerios!

i just recieved this phone and it is working great for me
the volume is very very loud and clear
callers tell me they can hear my loud and clear
reception is fairly good
the screen is beautiful
the mini screen is very useful
music playback on headset/speakers is very clear
however,
the camera is very bad in dim light
camera still has noise in good light
internal phone memory is very small
battery life usually lasts a day or two is used frequently
the shiny silver rims around the phone can be scratched very easily
leather housing can be easily discolored and damaged by natural causes
overall i would love to keep this phone for a very long time

I jst found a way (or mayb u guys already notice tis at the beginning )... the picture taken indoor wit this phone is often quite noisy, bt by turning on Night Mode, the picture taken is CRYSTAL CLEAR .. try it !!!

I followed the link, followed the instructions BUT in the Phone Updates section I only have Current Software and Install software update.... there is no Download phone software...:(((
