another thing that i didn t like it s when i change the theme, all of my settings losts.how can this be to changed all the sounds and i have to change them again and again and again

this phone is rubbish it may look good but the memory is shockingly bad also the battery goes flat after just a few hours(don't trust the battery indicator) the only thing good about this phones is it's looks and some of the features r quite good

i have to really agree with the fact of low battery life...other than that its excellent....one thing needs more audio video formats...

Hello i have a question for owners of this phone.When its running low in battery is it normal that the indicator dont turns into red like the mostly mobiles do?it said that battery is low and the indicator is low and green is this normal?

Greetings there i just bought this phone and i think its very good.Can someone tell me if the battery screen is always green?When its close to end of battery life it doesnt turns into green the battery indicator on the screen.Is this normal?

Nokias seem bothered about the phone not about having a glass cover for the main screen so watch out with this handset the screen will be easily be marked or damaged which is totally wrong by Nokia to help you go to www.mobile-review.com an they have a good explanation about this problem so read this before you buy this mobile,it will not be reliable from marks or damages to the screen

can anyone comment on the lack of protecting screen for this phone? mobile review says its susceptible to scratches.....

mobile only support java application which are .jar and .jad files ..
and for whoever asked about the themes , u need to download nokia theme studio 2.0 to download themes to the mobile..

nice housing, nice features. it was good, only the battery is the problem because it was easily drained...

For its price, i believe its a good phone except for the camera and battery life. If only nokia can improve these 2 aspects then would be perfect. Lately, have encountered signal problem on this, tried to had it fix but they say its the hardware problem. Hope they can do something about it.

Fox, does this cell has an option to change enalarge the font. It seems that this mode is very small?

well.. the cameras pretty horrible .. not only at nite (waaay too much white noise. VGAs do a better job!!) but also during the day.. mainly cuz the colors r highly unnatural. its kinda better than my old VGA camera but i expected way more frm a 1.3 mpix camera ..!!
can sumone here help me out w/ this teeeny issue im having ..! how do we add new themes to 6131/ do we have to download em thru WAP or can we use the data cable as well??.. cuz .. i kno i can download games thru the data cable but i dunno if i can do the same w/ themes n ringtones...!!
oh n can anyone out thr gimme a good website for downloading free themes for series 40 cellphones. i kno abt getjar.com and mobile9.com but i cant seem to figure how how to get the themes into my cellphns. if anyone cud try n figure out how to work it , even an ounce of help wud be highly appreciated !! =) .. thanks!

a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE camera at night. even a VGA camera works better than this at night.

Short life on battery, but the charger is also a nightmare it's almost like the connection isn't long enough. Sliightest movement and it stops charging. Why did Nokia have to change the connections anyway? The other chargers were far better. Think this is another money spinner,as you have to buy new car chargers. Come on Nokia you can do better!

This phone seems to be on diff time zone with incoming text. The clock is set correctly. the call log registers the correct time but the text details are always several hours diff when you view message details. I'v even sent myself a message just to double check there is no real delay. Anyone got any idea how i can correct it?

I think the phone is v good. It has simple menu functions, a good MP3 player, if not a bit ordinary, which produces a really good sound and I find it to be light and easy to handle with a good grip off the cover. There are 2 things that I am not impressed with, one is the battery life which is the worst for any Nokia I have ever had and the other thing is the camera which was alright but has developed a problem in that it fails to operate and goes to standby mode and now if it functions at all it saves the picture in a format that the phone does not recognise. Has this happened to anyone else?

It´s a really good phone, as long as you notice the weak battery if using the multimedia features. If you use just for calls and messages battery life is ok.
