I Love the phone, one problem is the Battery time, some/most mornings i have to charge the battery! if im lucky it will sometimes last for 2 days. It is a Great Great phone, and i love the looks from jelous eyes as i pull the phone out of my pocket. Where are all these software websites everyone talks about where you can download software? im keen to know! I have a few other problems about this phone, it restarts randomly and the other day i was on the phone and the other person could not here me, i rang some other mobiles in the house and i could not hear myself i restarted the phone and then it was fine. Anyone else had the same problem?

i am planning to buy a 3g mobile phone, which do you think is better 6233 or n70? can 6233 make a 3g call? where is its 2nd camera?

Hay Hi all,...
This fone rocks but can any one help me out i bought it last week but this battery is not at all gettin full charge don know wat to do so can any one help me in this problem.....i tried puttin it for 13hrs but still the charge is running.... and i removed it and used it in 8hrs the battery went down....... can any one help me plzzzzzz

I m using this phone from last 4 months n i m really satisfied with this phone
my old 6230i stores around 200sms but i stored 740 sms in my 6233
want to enquire can we use 2GB card with it

EMM... what to say just a bit diffrent from what i had used before (a walkman series phone) back to using Nokia. At first i had a bit problem.. cause my sim card isn't a 3G card... then i find the setting to switch to just GSM. one problem solve... Then about sms, at first i was shock that Shailu India and kapil said that this phone can holds only 55 sms... I had test the limit of the phone sms, and it had reach 1200 something (600 Sent & 600 recived) .. it can reiceve more but i had to delete the sms cause want to organize the folder. It clearly shows the phone can holds more than only 55 sms. May be you had to choose wheater to give more phone memory /internal memory to your sms or other folders...other than that a good phone, just had only 2 to 3 days of baterry life (ok for me)

I bought this mobile yesterday. Its awesome. It has a very nice professional look. It has an unbeatable loudspeaker which rocks!! an ideal phone for all professionals after Nokia 6230i

Do you really have the phone? My 6233's inbox has more than 400 (473, to be precise) msgs rite now, and still counting.
Just dont say a bad thing about the phone if you dont have one.
Plus, you can add external memory. Why bother with 6 MB internal memory. I can transfer music files, or keep my photos in my external memory, and add as many themes as I want, and it still work perfectly. Such a stupi* person who cant really use this user friendly phone, and blame this phone for his/her stupidity. Just buy another phone that suits your stupidity perfectly. Duh...........

I thought this was a great phone when I first bought it. 4 months down the road, I've concluded that it's a crap piece of work. It hangs, refuses to edit SELECTED contact entries, self-duplicates contact data, and restarts itself. PC Suite will synchronise PARTS of the data only, instead of doing what it's supposed to do. It's my worst performing Nokia to date, and given that the software in the 6233 is common among many other Nokia models, I think it's time I switch brands.

Here's my problem. I removed the microSD card from my 6233 but then put it back the wrong way. Now the phone does not read the card and I'm unable to remove the card from the phone. What should I do? Could the card be damaged and the data corrupt? I hope not.

Is nokia 6233 get infected by any virus???
My nokia 6233 sometimes behave abnormally.During that time i can see a text on the screen like 'sending a message'.
Is this a virus??
Is it really sending any info or message from the phone?? Any idea??

I bought 6233 2 months back. Excellent phone in Nokia at that price.
The camera of the phone really works so well. Be sure to remove the thin polythene layer on the camera at the back after the purchase. So that you will get excellent clarity in Pictures and Videos.
The sound clarity is so so good.
It has all connectivity like Infrared, Bluetooth, Datacable which you will need.
I feel Nokia 6233 must be highlighted by Nokia to make it so popular. It needs propaganda.
This is a pucca professional looking mobile.

I just bought the 6233 a few days ago. Tried installing PC Suite with CD provided with the phone, but there was a problem, so I went to the Nokia site and installed it from there. The version I installed is version 6.18.13.0. Is this the most current version of PC Suite? Thanks.

The solution is : go to settings>time and date>clock>time zone, choose the zone you want

had this phone for around 3 months excellant phone BUT within the last few week i have been having a problem with calls when its using the 3g network with t-mobile. basically the phone rings at the other end but i cannot hear it ring via the handset only when i switched off duelmode & do gsm only it works fine.

Hi, I've bought N6233 3 mth ago, it's a wonderful phone good price tag, I wonder is there any way to play mp3 music while u r call is in progress, I know it can only play AMR format while connected. Can anyone suggestion on a good MP3 to AMR converter. I've tried some converters but the sound quality was very poor.
