    Hi Τεα&#

You cannot copy the copirighted files from your original memory card to other memory cards.. I also had the same problem.. but i found a way to move them...

Just insert the original card in phone and move the copyrighted files to your phone memory.. then remove the original card. and insert your new memory card and move the copyrighted files from your phone to new memory card.. thats it.. you can move all you copyrighted files to your new memory card.. BUT YOU CANNOT MOVE THE COPYRIGHTED ITEMS WHICH ARE PRELOADED IN PHONES MEMORY.

    Thats it...

If anyone know how to move the preloaded files in phonememory.. just let me know...

Is there a way to copy the protected files of Nokia's memory card to another card?

              TO MaciejPOL:
6mb internal memory i fine, enough for texts and 500 numbers in your phone book...Nokia has provided a poor 64mb transflash card too, but these cards are sooooo cheap, you can get a 512mb for about 15quid. But yeah, the phone book is a drawback...Although i personnaly only have 200 entries, but most people seem to have way above the 500 mark...anyway, lovely phone all the same. Today is my third day with the same charge on the battery - still holding! got about a quarter of it left....not bad!

To SLEG, 6233 is avaliable here in sydney at optus and telechoice stores. Optus is doing the phone outright for 489 or free on a 79 dollar cap. Telechoice are doing a special on this wonderful handset for 449 outright.

I would contact your nearest optus or telechoice store in melb for details.

I can't wait to get one of these bad boys!!

Hi, i am using this phone for around 20 days, its fine.. but did any one try to use MP4 Videos, 3GP video quality is not that good. so i used the "videora mp4 converter" its a freeware. I converted a Song from my DVD to MP4 and copied to 6233, the sound and picture qulity is very nice... but the MP4 file size is quite large.. i converted a 5 minute song.. the size came around 10MB.. Vedero has not that much of options.. its just a converter for ipod. Does any one know any other MP4 Converter.. and have you tried to use it with 6233... What about QuickTime Pro 7 (i dont have full version so cannot convert to MP4) .. any body.. any ideas....???

I have no idea why they made it with only 6or7 mb of internal memory :| :/ and is there really a limit to only 500 entries in phone book? :/

Hi FYAT, if you've got something on the box saying "ask for your free bluetooth" then I would go to the shop and get it sorted. Nokia wouldn't have that on the box for no reason....Nice one mate! free headset! hooray!, cheerio, roger

Ah, forgot to mention, the batery is still holding, not showing any sign of use, after 2 entire days on, and having made about 1 hour of call, including quite a lot of texting and a lot of web browsing....Not bad!

                                  Correcting my earlier input here:
The text messaging on this nokia 6233 is as thought. When you go to the text page, it shows 1000/1 characters - i thought you could have 1000 letters in a single text....but when you go over 159 it switches to 841/2, and so on....So, NO, i don't get 6 text messages out of 1 long one....i get charged for every 160 letters.....Sad, but definitely a marketing ploy to make you spend more on texts!!!! Then again, with most plans giving hundreds of texts for free, it is not so bad...! Ta ta then people, you can still email me for questions!

This is to anyone who has this phone. I bought this phone and on the box it says 'Pleases ask for your free bluetooth headset". Is the blueheadset suppose to be in the box or do i have to ask the vendor or does this have something to do with nokia ?
