is nokia 6233 is nice or nokia 7210
when i asked to my friend they said that nokia 6233 is a sstupid phone which has very little battery power
but nokia 7210 is better

very good phone..the best i've tried.. although it is series 40 symbian..one of the best ever made by nokia.

I had some streaming settings problems that went on to some emails with their tech support guys, which gave instructions to make my own personal configuration settings when the standard settings failed. Guys! I have the phone and I can assure U that its everything that a person would need from a phone.From the sound system to the colour schemes!!! I'm really glad that I bought this phone and I'v never regreagted doing it. Its a great phone. I love my 6233.

Its one of the best phones nokia has ever made. Very good camera, excellent music and call quality. The only thing nokia can do is to make this phone symbian so that softwares may be downloaded

I own this great Nokia 6233 since Aug 2006, it's almost 3 yrs now and i've personally recommended this phone to many of my friends because of my satisfaction with this phone. to be frank this is the 3rd cell phone (Mitsubishi Trium, Nokia 1100 and then 6233) and first color/music phone. it has met with many accidents, like it jumped out of my shirt when i was driving my bike in 60kmph and crossed a pit, then i met with a bad accident where the phone was thrown almost 10ft away from me.. but the best thing is nothing happened to the phone except the scratches. it was working like nothing happened to it. cant believe it rite?? but that's the truth. Apart from all the best thing i love about this phone is the sound clarity. i love music and i love it more to hear it with my 6233 with HS23 headset. you cant even set a car stereo better than this.. and during camping with my friends i let the phone play in the stereo speakers and it'll be like a mini music station. i'm so happy and proud to be a owner of 6233. but don't know why they have stopped the production of this phone. Looking for a upgraded model of the same. N Series Sucks!

I am using this cell & i am greatly satisfied coz...
1) Good Sound quality
2) Better Battery Life
3) Supports Java Games
4) Display is Good.
5) Supports Large varieties of Themes
& many more features...only the thing which makes it down is that we cannot rewing or forward a video & secondly we cannot sis files.

6233 BEST PHONE EVER What a long life of batteries, for a normal and daily use, Minimum battery life is around 3-4days. *I’ve read a comment lately that said this phone can’t reach that batteries life, my question, are u sure?? For NORMAL use after 10 months usage, my 6233 battery life is still around 3-4 days.
(Without turning in the music player a lot, Without taking pictures a lot, Without do a lot conversation AND setting your Network mode properly, if in ur area 3G is not available, CHANGE ur network to GSM mode instead of 3G, the phone will always search for 3G network, and it used a lot of battery power)
Fourth, a user friendly bar phone.. try it by urself, try to write a message, in short time, u'll notice that the keypad and phone size is ergonomic.
Last.. I won't mentioned about the 6233's 2MP camera quality, CONSIDERING that in its time, about 3-4 years ago, it has already good quality of 2 MP camera, Don't compare it with the latest 3-8 MP camera.. it's not fair.. nevertheless, it has good quality of VGA Video too.. Remember this phone is already 4 year old. For simple example, I’ve compared 6233 to the new 5800, E71, E66, for daylight and outdoor pictures, 6233 is better that those phones, BUT Don’t compare it with the indoor and lack of light condition, SURELY 6233 picture quality won’t be as good as theirs. Why? It has no Flash, autofocus, and some of the models has 3MP! So, it’ll be incomparable to 6233. Don’t forget to compare the PRICE and AGE.
*Some of the comments also said, the video can’t be rewind or fast forwarded, it‘s quite ridiculous, Hey.. 6233 was originally not a MULTIMEDIA phone type, u should know it.. This feature were only found at the recent advanced multimedia phones..
Except the most recent features in new Nokia’s smart phones models, this 6233 is still the best, considering its brilliant built quality, very complete features in its time and it’s astonishing sound quality.
So once again, be proud of ur 6233 phone! It's a really great Nokia phone.. 'waiting for its successor from Nokia..

I am using the set since last 1 yr and its the best set ever. loudspeaker is awesome. It give me the feel of having 5800 xpress music. I compared the speaker and found 6233 speaker is powerful than 5800 xpress music ph.
Fitted with 2 GB card and it is a Best Music phone ever made for the price.

i too use airtel...
i know, a couple of years ago when airtel started its GPRS services it allowed to surf free. only downloads were charged...
now that scheme is nomore available though a few people claim they can do it using TeaShark browser but i am not so sure about it.
I use the monthly 99Rs plan(unlimited browsing and only download charges at 30ps / 20kb).
Other plans are :
airtel Live (more likely to be cheating with this)
