first of all, i am not sniperz or whoever. though i don't know what made you think i am. =)

and kl guy, if you are looking for a phone with camera, why is ngage qd even in your list? if you want a gaming console, get one. get a PSP or something. whats the point of getting ngage qd when it only serves half a phone and half a gaming console? AND, if you want large memory, why shortlist K700i? well, to me, 41mb WITHOUT any card slots is not sufficient of memory at all. and since you said you want mp3, the most mp3s you can store in the k700i is 10 songs, give or take. so i guess that leaves you with 6600 and 6670. though i don't know why you posted your opinion in the 6260 page. basically, 6600 and 6670 runs on the same operating system, which is symbian. well, if your budget is tight, 6600 will do just fine. but if price is not a factor, go for 6670. quickoffice apps, 1mp camera, symbian and everything else, you can never go wrong. and no, ap sets for nokia symbian phones will not hang, as far as i know. ap sets are still nokia sets, its just that the warranty is based some where else. its all the SAME. just different manufacturers and different warranties. cheers. =)

              Hello whoever you are! =)

              you asked
"Hi all, How do i save my sms in the memory card?"

unfortunately, this is not an option for 6260. disappointing huh?
unlike 6600 and the previous, you can go to setting options in Messages and you can choose "memory card" as the memory in use. this is not present in Nokia 6260.

HARTONO, Symbian v Windows Mobile. Flexibility v Functionality. personally, i'd go for the Xphone II if price is not a factor.

LOY, i purchased mine for 1150. but keep in mind my set is black, and black costs more, though it shouldn't be. for the silver, i can get it for slighly less than 1100. i think by far 1150 for black is the cheapest. i bought it in ss2, pj. yes for zitron sets, you can send to any nokia retails. for zitron i can get for around 1300 or slightly more, definately less than 1370. but from my opinion, this phone shouldn't be any problem if you purchase ap set. ALL the symbian phones i've used (i change my phone averagely every 3 to 6 months) are AP sets. so based on my experience, ap set for nokia , especially symbian phones generally have no problems. but keep in mind, make sure the set you are buying is not a refurbished set. while checking, key in *#0000# to check the date manufactured. if its more than 8 months or so, don't buy. it mgiht be a refurbished set.

ME, yes this is the phone you are looking for. the other phone i might suggest is panasonic X700, but it lacks mp3. however you can download the softwares (eg. Ultramp3) for it to run mp3 files.

Hi, I think I found transcend 512 mb rs-mmc card with speed 2,5 mb/s. It costs about $80. I wonna ask if you think that it's good enough and it's worth buying it?

                                Hello Peter Davies =)

I encountered the exact same problem. I had the cable replaced and its working fine now.

Doublecheck if you have at least Service Pack 1 installed in your system because it requires it (if you have Windows XP). though i was able to make my cable work even without Service Pack 1 installed.

try to uninstall and reinstall it again. if no go, try to have the cable replaced and make sure the disk has the right drivers.

question, is your DKU 2 cable from Nokia or just a generic brand?

                                      hello,
i just purchased the N6260. In compliance with that, i got myself the DKU-2 cable too. But i encountered some problems.

First, there seems to be no recognition of my phone's presence in the pc suite. Ok, there may be this message bubble that pops saying they detect a N6260. However, under the connection manager, there seems to be not any option for USB. All the options are merely these two - serial and infrared, which i'm not interested in. This is after i installed the cable drivers before the suite itself. ( The phone's display, upon connection, shows a USB logo)

Therefore, my question are, are there any other ways to transfer data to and fro the phone from the PC using the DKU-2 cable besides through the PC suite? i just don't seem to get these two to work. Please advice. Thank You.

Men, the fone's aight, but with the MP3 player, theres a fuzzy sound in the background even with high encoding (128kps). Except that and the fact that if u are doing anything worthwhile on the fone u got to use 2 hands, the fone's sure worth the paper
