          To NINECOOL:

          I figured more or less your reason for saying switching to 'Made by Nokia' from a Hungarian version, will feel different, is because of the same scenario with Hungarian 6230 and Chinese version...but I didn't want to assume so I asked just to see where you saw the major difference in both versions of 6300, whether the picture quality or something else. So I shall ask you directly, do you see a difference in picture quality when comparing Nokia 6300 Hungary to 'Made by Nokia' version ?

              It is a nice phone, the major problem is battery. Never travel with it to where recharging is a problem!

                One question I would like to ask, why did you say switching from a Hungarian version to 'Made by Nokia' version will feel a bit different ?
                ========== * * * * * ================

                Seems you already have my explanation to your question. same reasons that you've mentioned..

                but in 6300, I don't feel that much of a

                as It seems to me they almost returning the faulty phones back to home, so you only have to be aware about the problem, if something goes wrong be sure to return the handset to your vendor asap

                  hi
                  can anyone tell me how to do it so that what i recieve by bluetooth goes straight onto my memory card instead of phone?

                  thanks
                  =======XXXXX=========

                  I hope you've tried to receive a file through bluetooth,

                  I automatically saves the file in the memory card. no need to configure it

                        Where was your Nokia 6300 manufactured. To find out take out the battery and you will see it on the label that the battery rests on.

                                Hey Friends...Found this an interesting phone although there is an equal amount of cons as there are pros!
                                >The Battery life sucks - 1 Day may be worse if ur using the screen too much. The basic reason being the fact that this handset boosts a 16M colours screen thus drains the life out of the small 900mAh Battery.

                                >Internal Memory is way too low. 7.8MB . Now a lot of people would settle for it - do consider that the speed of the phone becomes slower as u copy stuff on ur internal memory. Also u cant recieve a file through bluetooth/IR if its bigger than 7.8MB!

                                Sound quality is quite good - but then whats the point if u need to listen to it with the phone on charge always ??? Leave long traveling with it.

                                Could not find a Flight mode either - not sure - may be i missed it out.

                                Overall a good phone for the price u pay - In India its retailing for approx INR 9000/-

                                      This is a nice design, after all a slim phone with all steel body from NOKIA. Design is great, display is terrific with 16.5 m color. This phone doesn’t have Symbian OS, so you cannot install Symbian software only Java! Features are great for common user. It runs flash animation so the wallpapers are great. If you are an advanced user you will be disappointed. Loud speaker sound is bellow average for music lover, same to headphone too. Battery life for only dialing and receiving so so compare to other Nokia phone. If you use the internet or run games the battery life is bellow poor level. It last less than an hour while I was running google map on that phone.
