I have noticed the reception is low 1 -3 bars at the most but when i answer a call it shoots up to max

To the person who needs help with format:
Nokia only supports a few formats. Using larger or rare formats such as .m4a or .flac files will give you responses like that. Transferring files directly from your computer to the SD card is therefore not always the best idea if you are not familiar. Use the 3rd party software provided in your box, it has format conversion. .mp3 and .aac files work best on standard mobile phones.

Edge of the slider is kind of sharp. Nokia should give a better polishing! Anyone notice that?

ok once again I need help from all of the 6500 lovers. I bought a 2gb nokia sd card to add music/videos. the music xer'd over to the phone but when im tryin to open up the video like a dvd quality, its sayin the format isnt supported.? please help me

yes you can set a picture to contacts, if will show not only when you ring or recieve from that contact but also when you recieve a sms fromthem on the front screen.

can any 1 tell me if you can set a photo so you no who it is when they ring you .the phone came today but cant have it till xmas . i have nokia 6280 at the mo, that 1 you can have it set with photo.

its out in black plemix have it so they say is speaker loud on this or 6500c or 7500 its loud on all nokias to listen to tones but when you set tone to profile they can be low

Im not to bothered about having internet on the phone. I was just stating the features of this phone. The one annoying thing is the non access to the frontal camera. It does have a neat little flash to itself. The picture quality on this phone is amazing and its exactly what i wanted, its a good phone,im not complaining. I have had (touch wood) no software problems no freezes, i was looking for a simple phone with a bit of everything and this is it, plus the quality feel to this phone it solid, the slider has no creaks, good design and build.

flash msgs = ur txt msg appears directly on d standby screen of d recipients phone (if supported). meaning u don't hav to open d msg to read it (though, if d msg is a bit long, u may not b able to read d whole msg, thus u stil need to open it). also, flash msgs doesn't automatically get stored on d inbox of d receiver

there is no black color for this model.there must be some kind of error from that plemix website. this phone somes only in one color, silver.

ok, here i go again, I uninstall the pc suite & reinstall it again. once i connect my usb to the phone to my pc it says no connection found but then on the pc menu it says its connected. it doesnt let me xer music/ messages or pics. ive decided to get a 2kb micro sd to just transfer all files over, also what is the true difference between flash messages & text messages?
