6630's screen color is 65k only. not 262k
but you wouldnt really notice the difference and because 6630 has a lower color display, it makes the phone faster than 6680 because it has less task to process
and im using 1gb memory card. there is no difference. and im using 760mb already because of applications, mp3 and videos.

hi guys... pls help me can i used a 1gb mmc for my 6630 unit? my sftware is updated to 6.03.38 from 5.03.08.

try upgrading ur firmware online here http://www.nokia.co.uk/nokia/0,,69710,00.html.if that doesn't work,go to www.nokia.co.uk,click on support,select 6630 from the list,and then, phone software(firware)update.But,plz create a backup of ur phone memory on ur PC or go to memory card and select 'backup phone memory from the options.because,all d data on phone memory will b deleted if u upgrade ur firmware.hope that helps.

go to the www.nokia.com,select ur region,select 6630 phone in the 'phone support' section.u'll get most of the pre-installed softwares like photo editor,quickoffice etc.

hi,i m having nokia 6630,u had 1 before,but i changed tht 6630 with new 1.but their is a slight change in this 1,n last 1.whn some body calls me,his name displays,but with his number.can any body tell me the option,tht 4m where i could change this option with an other,tht whn i hv a call,only name displays.if some body knows,thn plz mail me on my id:abbashaider_17@hotmail.com,i searched the whole cities shops,but no 1 knows.plz help me with this!!!

good news i had buyed the nokia 6630 yesterday it is very great phone its very fast but one thing i formated my memory card and i have lost the office applications adobe acrobat reader and many things also can someone tell me how i would download pls email me the sofwares if someone has or email me the process of downloading pls try to help me

6630 juz can play .avi(using smart movie software), .3gp and .mp4 format only.

hey i bought this phone about 1 month ago. this phone has features beyond my expectations. the camera is good and the mp3 too. but i couldnot play the video files with extention .dat, .mpeg etc. only .3gp is supported, can anybody help and give me the name of the software for playing such formats.

Hi guys recently my 6630 has started giving problem. First it started restarting on its own. When that stopped The TIM theme cannot be applied and then the charging does not complete. It keeps on charging on and on. It even doesnt show correct battery charge level. Once you restart it it shows the new charge level ,But never shows charge complete message. I even changed battery. Also tried reseting the phone nothing has helped . Can anyone tell me what is the problem software or hardware and what to do to get it fixed.

hey every1!!
i have n6630 for last 1 and a half years, and it's sound quality is good, images and colours are also coooool. i load so many so many songs and video songz, softwares, etc..... this is a very good mobile, we can use the radio software, even dotsis.com is a good website, there are also other website like crazy4mobilez.com, etc.....

Hi guys,
u can use OGG player and OGG format songs to listen to music. Also u can select the quality of the music while converting (I use wavepad for converting; setting is quality level 4; option to choose mono or stereo).
One of the impt things to note is that if the quality of the music is not good even a hi-fi music system would not play it well. Cheers

features r as good as nokia 6680 or 6681.
its a very good phone but the sound is not loud enough.can anybody tell me how can i increase the sound to enjoy my mp3 songs?n at present im using a 512MB card.can i use a 1GB one?can anybody tell me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
