Any ideas about Google Maps? I love this phone but the Google maps app is not working! Any way to fix that? or do we just wait for Google to update it one day?

Why? Hardware is the same on the other phones and even though Nokia 700 doesn't have a front-facing camera, the latest version of Skype for Belle doesn't support video calls anyway
Disgraceful behaviour by Skype... make some noise!

I have bought this phone 2 months ago, nice phone.
The main thing that i like in this phone is smaller.
Clear black display help me a lot times. The new nokia's Symbian Belle OS runs on my mobile nicely. The main thing i like in this OS is pull down menu. Thats controls the internet connection weather to swithch mobile data/WiFi ON or OFF. So my operator cannot charge for unusual data connection when i not buy an intenet data pack.
₪Skype cannot be downloaded.
This is because may be this phone is not updated in the skype's smartphones directory.
₪Google maps not working properly.
Tnis is because may be google does not provide support to nokia phone buyers because for not buying android phones

Have been using this phone for a month now. My phone will switch off on its own at times when i unlock it to make a call or send an sms. After a minute, it will on itself. Is that normal?

Just a little tip about angry birds magic:
to unlock new levels, just turn on nfc, tap phone on nfc sticker on startup guide. No need for seperate nfc device!

Bought this phone two days ago, here are my thoughts:
Design/Build - I used X3-02 previously, so naturally was drawn to it's unique look. One of the few with front facing speaker. Feels solid in the hand.
Screen - clear black amoled allows great contrast and rich colors. Some say unrealistic, but that's only true if you're viewing low res pics and videos.
Apps/Games - It's symbian not android, so you know what to expect. Only hd games I found on nokia store were ACreed and Shrek. I think it depends on the region.
Web - wifi works great, downloading is smooth, browser much improved.
Speed - n700 is fast, only lags when scrolling and going in and out of apps. No biggie. Video playback is smooth.
Camera - good enough for casual pics.
Battery - runs out fast using internet and games.
Overall, great compact smartphone that gets the job done. Thumbs up!
