two weeks befor i switched on galaxy from C7.
now i miss nokia belle simple frindly using.
last night i sold out my galaxy..

AnonD-38097, 14 Jan 2012just turn on network.. then it will ask for access point to... moreI did everything ,set every app to manual sync.. closed every app , even deleted all the access points .. still its popping up. I guess i'll have to take it to the nokia care centre ... And even the nokia care helpline was unable to help .. pretty disappointing

symbian gave much long battery backup then android coz android is heavy os and it needs more battery. so I thnk ray has less battery backup then 701 . but not bad . I used ray whole day in a single charge in case of heavy use and 2 days in normal. so I m satisfied wid ray. and secound in my case I don't really need tv-out in my phone.
SO its all depands on u . choose on the basis of ur needs . ;-)

hello friends,
Iam from ulhasnagar(India),on 29dec2011 I bought this engineering gem(understood why Nokia went with C7 design).
Hardware- hardware is just superb(compact,gorilla glass but menu key felt little wobbly nonetheless overall phone hardware is just awesome).
Bought from themobilestore.in in Rs 17380 with 5% discount on Icici debit/credit card.
Camera is damn good considering Edof lens (refer: 701 camera review in allaboutsymbian.com)
Loudspeaker - Quite loud and crisp greater than nokia E63 speaker.
Everything is working perfectly no bluetooth problem,etc my phone made in korea.
Best all round phone in price category of Rs 16000 to 17000.
Guys dont buy any android phones reason:
1.company dont provide minor update like Nokia for overall improvement .
2. Google is an advertisement company they have data retaintion policy,they preserve user identity,privacy,any bank data,user monitoring like big brother. Users are not safe in google hand (just search on internet).
3.increased number of malware attack.
Guys just buy this engineering marvel.
Dont read those negative response either they dont know how to operate or they are having bad luck (buying defective piece).

love my 701. So far im satisfied it n0 matter what os is. It is important u satisfied ur gadget if u love android go for it.but symbian smart device is more friendly used than d robot os. U can INSTALL A FREE NET VIA OPERA MINI not only wifi to use to browse internet. Thats it..

1)Ray dont have both...is it true bro...if its true then i go for 701
2) Rays comes with 1500mah Batt (bigger than 701) but music only up to 36hrs, talk time is almost 7 hrs..Why??
if no satisfying answer
i buy Ray after 2016 then ie after symbian no longer exist...

Symbian is best os.i used andriod & symb... Both.symb.... is simple & very easy.no hang. S Belle is better than andriod .

melalert, 16 Jan 2012man your saying that the 296ppi density is cannot be seen b... moreRetina display in iphone is for resolution,apple uses same technology for display as nokia,it is ips lcd with clear black technology,apple is paying royalty fee to nokia for this.Anything apple does is presumed great even it uses same technology as nokia,and considered bad anything nokia does.Internet speed not only depend on network but also on phone which class of edge it support especially on 2g.Retina display is just fancy name for not so special features(you can tell both nokia 701 and ray have retina display which is resolution or ppi which can hardly noticed by naked eye),which apple gives for all its features like facetime which nothing but video calling which nokia phone had almost for a decade.

Buddy for just 3k extra you get a big 8MP cam(instead of 5MP), dual flash, front cam, 8 GB internal memory (instead of 2 GB) and overall a really SOLID build in comparison to cheap plasticy build of 603. Don't miss the 701. Go for it.
