I am not decided should I buy Nokia 8 or Nokia 7 plus? I think Nokia 8 have better screen and performance, supports screen-always-on technology and supports IP54 water-splash. Nokia 8's front camera has better resolution which is 2160p. But Nokia 7 plus has better back cameras and it has larger screen-to-body ratio. It looks very amazing. Hope someone will give me advises, thanks!

Please don't buy new Nokia phones, it doesn't have old quality.
I was brought Nokia 8 Jan 25 2018 around 36000/-, with in days they are reversed the price for the phone around 28000/- . Look at my lose. And the phone started showing some problems like
1.Taking more than 3 hrs take full charge
2. Battery backup aslo compromised
3. During charging the phone will off automatically
Overall not satisfied

Those odd hiccups and jitters in UI are actually caused by glance feature. It keep running in background when u lock/unlock the phone too fast. I myself turned the glance off and never got a jitter again, and also boasts the battery life to arround 7 or sometimes even 8 hours of on screen without gaming.

This phone was the biggest mistake i had ever made. Hangs very often , Heats up like an oven. Camera Crashes very often above all cannot make calls. I hate this phone and try not to buy it. This is not the nokia I once knew

i bought Nokia 8 2 weeks ago and i am very satisfied with it whether it be day to day tasks, music or gaming. The only thing that they need to improve is their camera app as it's very slow to focus and the pics aren't so impressive especially in low light.
There are people who are complaining of issues after updating to Oreo, please once you update, perform a factory reset, all issues will clear out.
Overall, its a great phone at this price.

Total waste of Money, got trapped in the name of Nokia, Never again. The camera is worst, Autofocus is ao slow. Battery drains, Glitches here and there. Better buy other brands with refined softwares and low price.

Hi I bought Nokia 8 on Diwali. First two months it worked properly. Later repeatedly when it was asking to update,I just updated my mobile.after that the back buttons fingerprint scan buttons not functioning. I am totally upset with this kind of mobile.earlier I had Nokia 6600 in 2004.which I used for almost 6 years. Joystick stopped working so I just kept it a side. When Nokia 5800xpress music launched I bought it in 2009.it also worked well .Recently there was some touchscreen problem I bought Nokia.8 .Really am not happy with its performance.being an advocate I want to lodge complaint ..Let me check with service centre. If not left with no other option I will have to approach forum...
