Drawbacks of using symbian : 1. support only resolution upto 360 x 640 or 640 x 480. This makes viewing web pages very difficult and needs lot of pinch zooming and scrolling. Office documents also become hard to work with due to low resolution. Low resolution really makes typing a bit complicated on touch screen Symbian phones. 2. Very few models Nokia models support opening of password protected PDF documents. E72 was one of them. A major no of models must have paid version of office suite installed which add to final cost of mobile phone. 3.Very few business applications are available in application market as compared to IOS or Android. Nokia Fans, I am definitely not talking about games. 4. Symbian Anna or Belle interface when compared to IOS and Android looks very outdated and Simple which makes the user wishing for more. But if the user have never used other OS, he or she will never be dissapointed as he or she does not know what in the world is happening outside Symbian or Nokia. Finally I would appreciate Nokia for till date holding its position as a best smartphone manufacturer when it comes to Camera. N8 and Pureview 808 are stunning examples of mobile phones with best camera in the world. Also must admit Nokia or Symbian has a better battery life than Android. Nokia fans may complain about few drawbacks but still they will not ditch Nokia as its still a well know brand and it becomes a moral duty of Nokia to keep bringing better gadgets for thei faithfull customers who have been supporting Nokia when it was No 1 and also presently when Nokia has slipped a few levels down below other brands.

Critics, 11 Jun 2012(obvious) Flaw: Weak battery That's a real shame Noki... moredude... symbian consume lesser battery than android.... in symbian... camera will go standby if you dont use it for more than 1 minutes... in android... it will be on untill the battery completely drained

1)will u run a photoshop on quadcore
2)are u editing and working on word,excel etc on quadcore
3)are u at least running 10 services in background like a windows true multitasking platform...
and many more
Ans is none ...so a good phone doesn't count on cores,and few gimmick of interfaces,rather optimization of OS is important to utilize a single core properly
Grow up with some reality kid...i do have a android ,a N8 and Wave phone..I use my PC and notebook for all and a phone for a phone

And what will be the Use of the upcoming Penta Hexa Cores Cpu ! Get yourself a NoteBook and save your money ! also u could get an i5 second generation with 1GB Graphics card ATi HD6790 and 6 Gigs of ram with that price ! think again !

Dont know why Nokia is coming with 512MB RAM?
The so called high end mobile phones, nokia 808 pureview, Lumia 800 has poor RAM.
Will experience hang/ restart of the handset when fully loaded with apps.

AnonD-58494, 12 Jun 2012".. the phone is thick on todays standard..."&quo... moreyeah i agree with you buddy, first off, there is NO standard. and if you are about to compare the thickness please keep in mind the miraculous technology of the camera and the recording capability of this phone that is lacking on other devices! other companies makes phones that can do all around but can't do anything at best. i mean like, Jock of all trades but master of none. we can't have everything at once. but knowing that this mobile device's camera is exceptional, you can rule out all of it's "weak points" because admit it or not, not samsung, nor apple, not even htc can create a cameraphone like this is the coming ten years! take that! if you dont want to accept the fact, then keep warm with your android or your apple. pretend that nokia pureview tech dont exist!
