A little advice: DO not put in it all the pice of sht applications. The phone will alert you : to not install that application. My phone firmware failed because off this. (1.it got frozen; 2.after restarting it, the display remained white - for ever ) ..:P So: DO NOT Fk your symbian device with those shts. :) sorryfor the language.

I intend to buy it but there's only thing I'm mentioning that ....How about the sond quality of MP3 songs ? I like listening to music on my way ........

Why symbian,bcuz its runs handy clock other small sofware ad game out dated for kids,But it too slow all N series r pain n ass.Windows based mobiles r never so sloe ad can be reformated easily.Here u need ad wait for updates the most tense exp if it is disrupted by any means ur mob is gone dud.Very frankly series 40 platform mobs r great they can run everything u want,ad r fast efficent ad dont need updates for years.N series should be discontinued without proper testruns.

Just got the e50 for work and can't turn the damn thing off. When I select switch off it hangs and eventually goes to screen saver. Nightmare.

About nokia's Pic's : They need to make a contract or something with canon for example like ..It's not all about the lenses , It's about the chip that encodes the taken picture .

Hi everyone.. I've been looking at this phone for a while, and I like all the features it has. I am just wondering about one thing tho. Does any1 have any idea how good the reception on it is. I have an N70 that doesn't get any reception at my work place, whereas the crappy 6020 does get reception there. I thought maybe because the 6020 is 850 MHz it made a huge differenece since my service provider has 850 MHz for most of their towers, but my brothers N80 didn't get reception here either. Iam not a big fan of the N80.. but Iam wondering how the reception on this thing is. Thanks.

I just baught the new E 50 and i am very pleased with it . It is the black metal edition . The features are great , it moves extremely quick with a 512 mb card . It is a perfect phone...and what's this crap about the camera ? it's great

Bought phone for my boyfriend who could not get on with the LG Chocolate phone.. this phone is first class! has great features a big screen...loadsa memory...easy 2 use...found it a fab phone ideal for business users very slim 2... only trouble was getting a case 4 it nokia dont make them yet!

ok let me tell you something. When you do not have any idea about smartphones do not buy it. you have Symbian OS and there is a lot of software for allarm but the phone have it's own but it's under setup menu

I bought E50 a couple of months ago as a replacement for a Nokia 6600. It pretty m,uch has the same functions except Push Email, Quick Office (which i like), message reader and Epbax support.
Things that work for the phone: Good design, light, can be operated using only one hand for almost all functions (except using pen feature).
Things that go terribly wrong for the phone:
1) The damn phone hangs while downloading mails.
2) It starts rebooting halfway through deleting emails especially if one is deleting over 50 mails.
3) It takes a long time to transmit SMSs (the message sending Icon remains for over 15 seconds)
4) Every 25th call (approximately) is anwered by the phone automatically and it goes straight to speakerphone mode and all buttons freeze (hang). This is especially annoying since everyone can hear your converstaion and you have no way of turning the call or phone off other than taking the battery out.
5) The camera is slow and the display quality of the camera on screen before the picture is taken is terrible.
