E50 is really the best phone i've ever had. A week after i bought it, my boss like my E50 and changed his mobile too. A week after that, my boss's friend changed his mobile into E50. Now i'm the trend-setter, hahahaha....

I´ve been thinking about changing my celular. Actually I own a Qtek S100, but I realized that I do not use 80% of it´s capabilities. So, in my opinion, the smartphone concept is quite reazonable for me. And suits me perfectly. I´ve searched a lot, but I could not find any good review or test between the E50 and the E60. What are the major differences? If sometimes I tend to the E50..other I tend for the other, and it´s quite difficult for me to choose from this two phones. I have the same doubt that was posted before: Can E50 or E60 be perfectly syncronized with my outlook? Or for instance with the MAC OS system?

Thinking of buying a E50. Apart from using the phone function, I also hope to sync it with my MS Outlook (Contacts, Tasks and Calendar). Is there anything I should take note of in terms of ease-of-use and manageability? Thanks!

I bought one mts before . It is good phone for business but if u r age above 40 and u have reading glass this phone is not useful because the size of alphabet is very small while u look for some number in phone book...

I bought it 3 weeks ago. I love it. My old, rubish, pice of .... K700i don't dare to compare with this jewel. I know, it's about earlier to see the phone's performance at 100%, but I have faith in NOKIA (best phones ever) and in this device. Great screen, great meniu, great battery ( k700i - 1 day since full charge - pice of....:))) ), and great features. Formats like MicrosoftWord, PowerPoint, and Excel can be download in this phone. Great for cheating at exams --- my favorite thig :)))). All I can say : business phones are the greatest phones. Nokia - the greatest company in term ''mobile devices'' . If u wanna buy yourself a phone, GO for NOKIA !

E50 being sambian is totally different from modernday ones.Esp Themes downloaded can not be removed or uninstalled if they are not shown n application manager (add/remove windows)senseless some r shown mostly not.So u keep on pilling up no remedy.Secondly pics/video r only in half screen mode and average,they cannot be even viewed n full screen until u zoom twice to view.Nor the wallpaper can be vied as desktop n full screen .All these plus 265k resolution when E70 E60 even 6131 were n 16K resolutions,just to make it cheaper is nonsense.Even its retail without MCard is 300$,not cheap.Nokia been leader still make silly mistakes,i think purposely===

Very impressive phone. Golf pro game is downloadable free from the nokia wap site. Font size issue was not a problem to me after an hour or two mtaken to get used to it. Screen resolution is amazing.

I live in Denmark, I just got this phone. Its a great phone, very nice screen (like a PDA), lots of features, good enough camera for those unimportant photos (like late night bar pics of friends!!), well built, ...really just great. There are no games built in though (perhaps just in denmark?), and the big downside - the earphone jack is not a universal one...its a Nokia propriety plug in, so dont bother with those fancy earphones with your mp3s on the phone. feel free to write to me if you have questions/suggestions.

I would like to use Nokia E50 for voip calls. E50 and E60 has nearly the same hardwer and softwer at all.

Could it be possible to put a micro sd wlan/wifi card to enable it for wlan? Is symbian supports micro sd wifi card?

If you have a nokia E50 please try it and tell us the result.

my brother buy it these days, and he so satisfied, the best phone he said until now, possibility to input extra memory, good connection with bluetooth, ear bluetooth. a faster software. and in the end good design, smart one. byt it

I have been using this phone for around 1 month now. I would say this is the best smart phone available at this price. I purchased the phone for its design (looks) and the great browser. The phone is packed with great features. However the issues i faced are :- It got hanged atleast 5 times during 1 month and the speaker gets turned on automatically and the only way out is to remove the battery. The other major problem i faced was that the browser hangs when browsing SSL (https://) sites. This makes the browser almost useless for me as i am not able to check my office mails. The other problem i faced was that the speaker volume is very low and you would not be able to hear anything in the traffic.

Despite this i like the phone very much and have given the phone to nokia customer care and they have said that they would upgrade the firmware and that would resolve all the above listed problems.

I would get the phone on thursday from the customer care and then i will post the latest developments.
