Im going to buy this phone too.. today i went to cell phones shop.. I was keeping e50 in my hands.. this phone is ownz0r. In reality it looks mush better and smaller then in photos. Also, it fits hand perfectly.. i think that im buying this phone not only for its e series or cuz it has an OS, but also cuz it is small,good looking. Just one thing disapointed me.. Its screen isnt so big as i thought.. it is smaller then nokia other phones with symbian. but now its doesnt matter to me.. i like this phone and im, going to buy it :)

no way of increasing Font size yet.
font size is perfect for me.....any bigger and it would look odd.

starts about at around 15mb after fresh reboot and the sits around 11-12mb once you have had a few apps opened and closed. Sometimes as low as 10mb as well depending.

Hi!
I'll be changing my phone next week, i'm thinking about e50 and samsung d600e. Which is better(display, battery, etc.)? Can you play mp3 from build-in speaker in nokia - how's the sound quality? What about font size, i just can't believe it can't be increased, it's quite silly! Is there any application that can change it, that is symbian phone!? I love the design of e50, it's oldschool :)

Of course its not much fast if u compare it with a nokia mobile which uses series40 platform. I think symbian mobiles are always some slower than the 40s. But when i am sure when u think about the advantages to use a symbian phone. A little lag is not much important.
Also I can say that E50 realy working fast for a symbian mobile.

Hello, i think that this phone rocks.Im going to buy this as soon as possible. It has all features, also Symbian OS. But I have one very essential question to owners of e50. Does it have "lags" ? Only one thing that stops me is symbian OS which causes some lags.. So, does it lag ? or it just run smoothly like 6230 or other non symbian phones ? Thank you. sorry for my english.

k the sound quality thru built in speaker is not so good as 3250....but is it louder than nokia 3230,6630 or n72

hey guyz..there seems to be lot of problem with the camera shutter sound! try putting the "warning tones" to OFF in the Profile menu.I think it will work.

its loud enough. can't demonstrate tho so you will have to buy it and find out for yourself.
