Team,
I have noticed one issue with the Menu Option..When I click on the menu button it is not taking me to the Menu, it looks like a corrupted screen. Restarting the device solves the problem temporarily,but issue resurfaces again in a couple of days. Its just a month old and I have noticed this problem since Week 1.
Did any of you guys experiencing the same problem...

I bought this phone 3 weeks ago and that was a nightmare since then--the menu and shortcut button (with a house logo) don;t allow me to go to the main menu from time to time. I tried to call call center and repair center to resolve this problem, but seems this still persists even after refleshing firmware and set the phone back to factory setting. Any thoughts??? I am so disappointed with Nokia phone now, actually this is my first time to use this brand's handphone...so sad

nasdrovia... e51, best nokia after a looooong moment of waiting. almost tired of it. e51 class have a par with e90 i think.
for multimedia (especially for watching movie), there are coreplayer for symbian s60 3rd edition. i've been looking fot it yesterday, and i got it free from "sharehere. cn" (have to write it appart instead of taking as spam. hehe)
i haven't isntalled it yet, but it will be great if it works.

hey, i got this phone as a gift from my father and I've installed my programs on it though some of them were unable to install.. which said certificate expired .. Anyway, its a great phone, i like it, its very slim , very handy, the wifi is great. And well i like to listening to music, so i bought myself, a 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter, and use my own earphones,.. The sound from that phone is simply great.. you've just have to create your own equalizer.. then once plugged into your ears, you would not be removing it for a long time!! If anyone knows how to install some programs like smartmovie, please share.. I think because the phone is a Symbian OS 9.2 Feature pack 1, that why it gets some problems to install some of the apps.

I can confirm that the e51 works perfect with 8GB mem card ( Sandisk SDHC 8 GB ) I have the card filled wit h 7 GB music and movies ad it works fine, access time to the card is still very acceptable. To all who are thinking of buying this phone. Do it, the best Nokia since very long time and who knows how long we need to wait for a next hit like this

I agree with miloo111 ..
The phone is the best from nokia i used it for 2 weeks now nooooo problem at all till now sound is very good for me..performance is perfect very stable one and very slim phone also the metal body protect it so much ,, the silver one is soo beautiful for me..the only disadvantage till now for me is that the office program in this phone is only Viewer and not Editor:((( and i downloaded many versions from quickoffice and i cant install any of them:((..if one can help me regarding this problem..

hi, does anyone know if it's possible to send the .aac ringtone files out via blue tooth. hmmmm, firstly i can't find the folder they're supposed to be stored in on the phone?

This phone made by Nokia is simply the best after a loooooooooong time. Finally a durable complete phone has been made! No problems whatsoever. I even bought a 4GB microSD card for it, filled it with videos, music, application, the phone simply didn't give up, never froze, or become slow! A true phone, great looks, slim, and simply amazing! I love it sooooo much. Recommend it to everyone. If anyone buys another phone they are missing out!

To Aleem.i use gmail imap and gmail pop on my e51 withoum any problims.i also use aol imap.if u need the settings send me an email and i will reply u with them.i am 4m syria and also wanna say i prefer imap 4 mobile phones coz when u use gmail imap with automatic retrieval enabled every 5 minutes u get pushmail with very low bandwich

I think the problem of the name can be solved if u set the setting in the contacts to make it (First name last name) u can et it from settings n the contact menu..try it

1 week in use and surprised daily. this is a real good phone. Nokia shows here still to be the number one, just strange so many other Nokia mobiles are really bad
