regarding hands free - all you need to do is turn on bluetooth and make sure the phone is visible and then pair your headset with the phone. I don't have an E51, but my 6300 works this way - and hands free on my earlier nokias did too.

In the manual I think you need to look for bluetooth rather than hands free.

Great phone, I got it two months ago. My is Rose Steel. Not good for people with big hands and meshing the buttons fast.

        Amir - HandsFree mode.

That only works whan you are talking to somebody on the other line where you don't have to hold the phone to you ear.

Why do people ask stupid questions like "Can it play MP3 ringtones and have themes"?

Don't you know what software you need for these themes you have is? Read the Specs: "Symbian OS 9.2, Series 60 v3.1" Will the themes you downloaded work? I don't know derrr

I just ordered this phone after a lot of reading about it and drooling over the pics. As for the picture quality, from the pics i've seen, it is on par with the 6300.

What makes this better than the 6120? Wifi, and form factor is 10x better. For only $40 more? I thought it was a fair deal.

Well in S60 phones now, contacts are already assigned voice tags automatically. It isn't that great because you have to say it exactly like the british man or woman say it and really, it only works good with american or british names. I've said a pakistani name many times and it always says sumthing different unless you say it in a british accent.

                              Hi All,

I'm looking at buying this phone. But the comments here say that the camera is of a very poor quality and that the music player is quite sad. ONE QUESTION... How would you rate the music player and the camera of E51 when compared with Nokia 6300 ?? Looking forward to a genuine advice. Thanks

Pls tell me, how can i add voice tag to the contacts.

Assigning tones user group does not really work well for me. Some time, the default tune comes up instead of the tune associated with the group. Any solution?

                                TIA

I've had this phone for about 6 weeks and absolutely love it.

                                    Pluses:
-Nokia PC suite update is very useful
-Internet GPRS or Wi-Fi is great.
-Email/Windows Life email sinchro is so helpful. Even where GPRS is expensive, it only downloads text, so still affordable.
-Easy access to almost every function with the function buttons and active standby.
                                    -Good battery life
                                    -Great GPRS and Wi-fi blending
-Downloaded great Java games for cheap, they work great
-I use it for GPRS connection with my laptop. Both Cable and Bluetooth work trouble free!!!! ^
-Google Maps download is awesome for alternate to GPS
                                    Downsides:
-Web browsing on the handset is awkward with the small screen, but still do-able
-I have a program that needs to update to the internet. When I'm in a country that has expensive GPRS connection and I'm not in a free Wi-Fi area, the program continues to search and update which causes lower battery life. Not a serious complaint, but not every country has affordable GPRS internet.
-Headset is cheap style and MP3 sounds just average.
