Shock & Surprise !
I bought this phone and read that it has great battery of 1050mAH. But to my shock for the first 7 days the battery used to last just 6-8 hours with just 30 minutes talk time !!
I thought some was wrong with the battery and was about get it replaced. Then i read on the internet that WLAN when switched on with a few applications like Skype can drain your battery in no time. I just uninstalled skype & set the WLAN scanning to off. Surprise surprise i was able to get the 'claimed 4hours of talktime' !!!
Amazing phone, just a not of caution. The WLAN feature though very good drains your battery badly. So use it with caution. Otherwise i have no complaints at all.

e51 is way better than 6120 classic... honestly.. the best nokia phone at the moment.. if your looking for a non multimedia phone.... the dedicated keys, small size, metal housing, and wifi.. make this phone really good..

THIS MOBILE DEVICE MEETS GUIDELINES FOR EXPOSURE TO RADIO WAVES.
Your mobile device is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed not to exceed the limits for exposure to radio waves recommended by international guidelines. 5.how good is the battery for moderate use?

Hi all, I have the E51 for a week now. It's the best phone I have ever had. I was hesitating between E51 and SE P1i, finally got the E51, easy one hand use, smartphone for managing easy stuff, otherwise I use the laptop! LOL
Please I need help on how to set up the email, what are the configurations that I should put to use my Hotmail adress? thank you for your help, Yves.

Heyy Gede its k mate infact u tryed 2 giv de best posible suggestion in tht price range!!actually tht fone was gud all de features but dunno wat went wrng in juz 3 daz may b i bought a defective peice,but was lil hesitent to go for the same again!!yeaa E51 is a nice a fone but as u kno i was looking for sumthin with a gud multimedia feature n E51 aint tht gud in doz aspect,but as was in a hurry to give the fone bak n to get a nu one i chose to go for E51 instead having trouble with sum other fone!thinking of giving this fone to my dad n ill get a nu fone hope u will suggest me sumthin!!Thanks Tc Cheers!!

E 51 needs an update quick as wlan and internet dont hav special cataloge and other software there. Its fonts as E90 and same replica on front of E90.body shinny hand prints all over.Price should come down after three months as speaker right at back above camera,output too low when put on table.Thinkpeople...

Hi 2 all nokia fans, I really want 2 buy an E51 nokia but before that I want 2 really know that if this phone has any bug on it or no?plz help me 2 buy one between E51 and N81 they closely like the other one.

i used to have an N73 and i can stiLL use mY oLd aPPLications with E51. most OS 9.1 aPPs aRe comPatibLe with OS 9.2 (E51)
the eaRPhone sound is LoudeR than N73's

I want to ask whether this can handle all 3rd party software application as is done by N73 , this fone being worked on the same OS as N73 . Is the MP3 o/p(headset) of this fone sufficient enough for a mediocre music listener ...

as far as ive seen .....this fone really rocks....but i feel its a bit heavy..due to its stainless steel cover n stuff...but still i loved it...too bad i bot E65 thinkin it wud be a gr8 fone..it was! but it slows down sumtimes n the cover of the fone sux! it gets scratched easily...altho browsing thru wifi was awesum it can even catch signals far away...any nos how the wlan of E51 is??...shud i trade my E65 of E51??..n i found out the internal memo is 130!!? n u can xpand the micro sd upto 4gb??..any suggestions??

This phone is very nice (Size - Lock - thikness - Applications - WIFI )but I couldn't watch Tv over the internet (using wifi or any other) can any one help me.(Flash Plugin)needed.
