Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970i think e71 is far better then e55,if you see the speed of processor is samewhile working i have used both of them,more over e71 is very good looking like blackberry handsets,and very high battery capacity,keyboard is very smooth in e71 but little confusing in e55,i will preffer e90 for any business solutions.

Yes can any insider tell us a more accurate release date? The E75 is in stock everywhere and I'm trying to decide if I wait for the E55 or just go for a WiMo alternative. The E55 seems perfect tho.

Does anybody with links to an inside man know when this will release in the UK? I've currently got a Nokia 5800 Touchscreen Xpress which I will trade in for this? 5800 is great phone but I am a massive mobile gamer and need buttons.
Also what is the voicemail key as Nokias usually have it on the number 1 key?
This phone is so beautfiul with a beast of battery. I'll be buying this upon release.

If you have large fingers..think about E63 has a better keypad than E71.. But if you prefer to style chooce E71. Trust me coz I use it both

Firstly, e55 keypad is not like that of SE P1i. In e55 you have to press the same key twice to get the 2nd character. This is not bad at all in my opinion.
Secondly, to fit the cell into 9.9mm they had to reduce the thickness of the back cover... but it still is metal!
I just hope the cam on this will be better than that of e71. I wonder when it will be released...

IMO this phone has poor display,questionable keypad and good batery.

uds, 23 Apr 2009ALMOST every part of e55 are great for businessman, except ... morei think this phone has everything that you want from a mobile phone.it has wlan, powerfull processor,its very slim, compact and the camera its upgraded, thats a good thing.i dont think that the half qwerty keepad is a bad choice, i say it because now i have a sonyericsson p1i and i easely write messages, its very usefull and dosent take a lot of space like a normaly qwerty keepad.
