Before E6 I used to own E72 and before that E71. E71's usability and great battery life prompted me to use 72 and E6 claimed 681 hours standby (E72@480 hours) enticed me to buy E6 only to be disappointed. E6 claimed battery life is a hoax a lie. With similar usability of E72 my E6 battery last only 24 to 30 hours. E72 used to last at least 48 hours or even more at the weekend with lesser business activities. I started disliking Nokia for this deceiving promotion on E6.

I purchased this phone for 1100 ringgit in malaysia (kuala lumpur), the phone is pretty good, I like it.
I do feel at times you are forced to use the touchscreen instead of having it as an option. Overall great phone, but do feel processor can be improved, major lags seem to exist when multitasking while installing applications.

Really y an e72 user shud go for e6?? for touch screen?? if it is, then ok else the RAM is only 256mb, and the cpu speed only 600 mhz.. i think i will be getting the 'memory full' error even in this toy of nokia too.. in my e72 every time i browse 2 pages it says "memory full, exit some applications!!". i will hold on to e72 till i get a well powered processor, high RAM and bigger screen size, retaining the whole body size..(reducing the much unused space!!)

My Nokia E6 have 2 Dead Pixel on the screen..It Frustrating!!!Why is that on a small screen there is still Dead Pixel??!!

My new nokia E6 keeps on hanging and each time I have to remove the battery to restart. also notification light area is too dim. Kindly help what can I do.

My nokia E6 keeps on hanging frequently. Does anyone else is facing the same problem? Also the notification light is very dima nd difficult to see. Is this same with every set?

1.It's ringtone and vibration if very low. You can not know that your there is a call on your E6 when you are on busy road or in crowd. ....
2. It's speakers (for incomeing call) not uptomark, there is some problem, when you r in crowd
3. Speakerphone problem........ similar problem of Nokia E72.
4. I am a businessman...... This phone failed to open my Excel Sheet containg data of 4000 entries.
............
5. This model again failed to facilitate auto-focus camera.
Except these problem I loved Nokia E6 for its dual system of touchscreen and qwerty keyboard. Its really lovely. I always admire Nokia for its screen visibility even in noon sun........... All other features are really praiseworthy. Nokia has to improve on above points....

any person finding the nokia e6 expensive can go for the nokia e72 rite now. it's becum very cheap and u can upgrade to the latest software version once u get it .

GSMarena's review seems a little optimistic =\
I've tried one display set at the Nokia store itself but once again those can't be trusted because you don't know what the staff has done to it...
any comments? :D deciding whether to get this or E72

Please Nokia d whole of d E6 U guys ship to Nigeria is all havin a problem d phone heat so so much. Pls u guyz should look into dis very wel bcos i realy do think it a factory problem. Pls guyz if u in Nigeria don, buy dis phone yet pls.

As far as I could see it's one of the best handset from Nokia. Nokia's hardware is the best that can last longer. It has got all the features, good design etc. Compared to the price, iPhone is nothing. There may be thousands of Android applications out there. But how many of them is useful. Thousands of creepy applications out there in the android market do not make a good handset or good OS. There're loads of enough useful applications for nokia smartphones. Symbian, iOS, Android etc are like apple, orange, mango etc. Each of them has its own qualities, its own advantages or maybe some disadvantage.
