tsk tsk! maybe the person sell that to you because maybe it just a sample phone.. cuz mine is made in korea not made by nokia.. all nokia e66 and e71 are made in korea.. not in finland bcuz of its materials used..

I'm interested in Nokia E66.
I've orded E66 fro... moreI own a Nokia E66 bought it three days ago.
Mine is Made by Nokia with Chinease letters on the numbers 1-9 plus like you said bottom right corner also where the # sign is.
I didn't want to get a Made by nokia. I was hunting for Made in finland but no luck. But the built quality is good so i went ahead.
Full of BUGS... so we have to wait for the FW update. NSU like others says can't detect this phone yet.
Things that a fine :
GPS is fine, Able to install Internet radio and wifi is responding good.
To be fixed :
-Camera works upside down
-Software response little slow.
-RF needs a boost.
-Signal acting funny when you hold the phone.
-not goodin the buildings.
RF needs a boost PLEASE, if it can be done through F/W update.
NOKIA MUST TAKE OFF THEIR SUBSCRIPTIONs FOR THE LADYS VOICE ON THE NAVIGATION.
I don't think the tapping on the screen to make it silent it silent is a cool feature but i would like to have a better battery in a phone like this with GPS and WIFI.

check ur battery..,
does it have the official sticker of nokia and have nokia warranty sticker????

I have two I am thinking to sell one and buy E71.

so if there is no place where it is made so it is a fake phone..
sorry but mine has made in korea at the back..
go to official nokia store and ask it there if it is orig^_^

'there 's a chinese symbol on the bottom right corner button'
What do u guys think about that?
Actually I have bad memory about N95 chinese version(if was fake one) so I'm still thinking..

well another pros for this phone!
I kept on using the phone's music player via LOUDSPEAKER!
it gives me a sign a low batt for over or after 9 hours! that's shocking! it's battery never the less not a cons on this phone! so all I can raelly say! nice and great phone!
good job nokia!

but advice maybe their e66 has no official warranty in nokia!!!

maybe envy people or anti-nokia are voting 1 each vote!
so I suggests don't look at the voting results for it is not a fair judgement b'cuz some people who are mentally retarded will just vote off this phone b'cuz they just coudn't have it!

Jake, 16 Aug 2008the battery??? well im really a heavy user person! I se... moremaybe have problem in setup . I have turn off my Wi-fi search and the breath light , put on battery saving. But is still same. We do have 3 of them in family and all same. If you really what you say through maybe something in set up.

But what about the feature... moremaybe u right if can effort buy both. The look E66 is much better. The screen much more clear both phone performance G900 and E66 Both good. Remember the G900 is smart phone and E66 not also G900 rich screen and easy to hold with one hand use the rich screen. My only problem with E66 is Battery life. If no use the phone even for one day still lose half power battery.
If you looking G900 then you can look the Samsung Omnia I900. It is better than Sony G900. It is easy to use and tuch screen has fast respond like IPhone. It is great.
