F, 12 Dec 2008Many of E66 phones do not work in UMTS Network.. why?Its working perfectly with my phone, U need to change your network settings, its default setting is GSM, u need to switch to Dual, thats all.....

Hey, My E66 can no call out and receive any call. But i can send and receive message. Is somebody know what happen?

I seriously recommend that not to buy E66. The battery is terrible, the slider seems work good but it doesnt work because there is a production fault in some series. When the slider up, you cant answer the call and make it down, no keylock. Totally disappointment for me and I sold my N95 for buying E66 :(((

my question for this phone is ...surely if u have it u noticed that the camera is putting it self on stand by when it is not used..well how do i continue using it after it says camera is used by another application???

I finally find the absolute solution for bad battery life syndrome of the Nokia E66 .
It's that easy ,Turn your cell phone off and keep using it in this condition , surprisingly the battery lasts for about 10 days which is so fantastic compared to 10 hours real battery life.
Congratulations to Nokia E66 engineers for designing of this piece of shit !

NOKIA please do come out more and more phone with batterylife like E66 or even worst( the best is put battery life die in 1-2 hours ), i wish u and yr brand name will bcome the top and the best wellknown!!!!

Buy E71, its more powerful than E66 and the price range almost the same.... E71 best value for business full features phone....

@highflyin: i totally agree with your opinion... it's great, despite the poor battery. I really wonder if it gets better with your phone once you recharged it a couple of time. But I doubt it...

for the ppl who ever have problem with their battery. you have to recharge you battery after fully draining battery, do it this procedure more than ten time, don't be lazy try it. this happen sometime due to bad reason, i have my mobile phone shop i experience such problem lot but this i found as best solution.

Had the E65 before this. The E66 is such a massive improvement that you can’t put them in the same review. The phone is a great built quality, good slide movement with really easy intuitive menu’s. I had this out of the box and working in less than 5 minutes and barely had to read instructions. I use it mainly for work, up to 3+ hours of calls per day, with extensive use of the diary function, wif-fi, SMS. Happy to say al of these are massive improvements over the E65 / E51, with larger text, better function. I think the Nokia engineers really learned their lessons from the E65. The diary is fantastic and takes all my appointments from outlook easily. The Nokia PC suite is still not that great, but functions OK. Phone battery life is poor, but not worse than the E65 and I hope this get’s better with time, had phone for one-week. Despite set up email wizard I could not connect to my corporate network for email which is a pity because this would be really useful, otherwise this is a top class business phone.

Great phone, but the battery is a little disapointing, still the right phone for me. the battery holds me for almost 3days ~70 hours with 15 min talk per day, 2 sms per day and 1 hour of gps totally.
