I just bought the E71 and i have to charge the batteries everyday now. And i'm not such a heavy user either. Mine is made in finland. i'm really disappointed especially reading so many rave reviews on the battery life!

Hi.
I`m also feeling a drawback with this phone: in Contacts I can only search for first name or last name. I had a Blackberry in which I could search for all the information that was stored, such as company ... This was a feature I found very useful and the E71 doesn`t have. Or is it my fault?
I`m considering return to Blackberry for such.

This phone is great. Only used it for a week now, but so far im convinced. Ok the camera quality is not brilliant, but other features more than make up for the average camera. Really fast processor, good solid feel, brilliant battery life! GPS works well with Nokia maps. However I would like to use Garmin XT with this mobile but it does not pick up the internal gps but would rather search for external gps devices via bluetooth. PLEASE ASSIST.

Mails take time to arrive on the phone , it is not as instant as on a blackberry . But there are other programmes that should work .... I have been using n series so far thinkin of making a switch over to this only if the keyboard is as responsive

I touch on the same topic once more, I don't understand what the fuss is about with Push Email on symbian phones compared to Blackberry. You can install SEVEN software FREE and it is push email, emails arrive in your inbox seconds after they are sent. This works for Hotmail, Gmail, etc and POP3 accounts. It is great. Hope you try it everyone.

I just purchased the E71 and it's due to arrive tomorrow via FedEx. I've spent several months reading reviews and finally decided to stop reading and start playing. My current phone is the iPhone 2G, which I've had for a year on AT&T. Once I insert my SIM into the E71 what changes do I make to my cell plan? Is MediaNet Unlimited ($15.00) all I need or the PDA Personal ($30.00)? I just want to make sure I do not see any unexpected charges on my bill for surfing the web, texting, etc. on my new E71. Thanks for your help and I'm looking forward to receiving my new phone.

Is there someone having problem of playing/using your downloaded (especially pirated) MP3?!
Some said that you cannot use pirated MP3 because of DRM certificate.

grrr. I hate this bug on my phone, so i charge my phone after the being drained, then i turn it on and after a few seconds the screen will go blank, no signs of battery being charged on the side, so i had to remove the battery and recharge it again! does anyone has the same prob?

i love this phone to death..... this is my dream phone.its kicks all the other phone out the water. but my biggest problem an the one thing that i think would seal the deal an also give blackberry a run for your money is is the push mail feature.....please makers when you come up with the upgraded feature to this phone which i really hope you do an soon. please please please i begg do put on the push mail feature an trust me you will be making sales......
