when i connect the e71 to computer using pc suite, initially only my phone memory is detected. Messages settings also change automatically to phone memmory... it is only when i change message settings to memory card, that PC suite shows my memory card....why is that???? anyone else face the same?
any solutions??

Nokia E61i is much better because of wide screen, comfortable keypad and good design than Nokia E71i. Nokia E71i is good for higher processor 128MB RAM and Flash Lite 3 support which Nokia E61i does not have but hope Nokia will soon add Flash lite 3 in new firmware version. I am quite satisfy with Nokia E61i and wait for new firmware version with addition Flash Lite 3. My second choice is Nokia E90i.

Yes, E71 can read or write office 2003 files (*.doc, *.xls, *.ppt).
If you want to read or write office 2007 files (*.docx, *.xlsx, *.pptx) you must upgrade the QuickOffice to version 5 or higher

I owned a E61i and i really loved it (and had no intentions to change it) but unfortuntly it got stolen.. i lived acouple of days with a N81 ... a perfect cell but i couldnt live without the keyboard (coz im a chat addict) so i bought the E71 which is really satisfying... the display is not as big as e61i but still good... but the keypad got smaller which @ 1st pissed me off but after a couple of days i got used 2 it... and now i type without looking... main advantage of E71 on the E61i is it's much faster processing.. everything is much smoother..thx to nokia 4 this piece of art... if u r chat oriented go for it.. if not then go buy any other small girly cell

T, 07 Oct 2008I did bought one from lebanon it cost me 420$ oh! I thought that UAE is the cheapest place on earth for buying mobile phones problem is all my friends are in UAE no one in lebanon to get me one.

radwan, 06 Oct 2008hiiii everybody did anyone bought the E71 wight/silver colo... moreI am planing to get either the e66 or e71 and i ve just got hand on an e71 today {one of my relatives} its cute and i thought it would be much heavier the only thing i was worried about was its battery.Without any wi-fi or net browsing, some calles it would pass two days for sure.He bought the phone from UAE for 490 dollars {just dont remember what would it be like in derhams he said it would be 2600 egptian pounds u do the math} and if ur planning to get from egypt dont because it would cost u a fortune because the e66 here = 2700 Egy.Pounds so the e71 would be much expensive
