Every one have their own preferences its true that WhatsApp experience is worst in windows phone. and no other alternatives for windows like BBM in Android and IOS platform. WhatsApp is one of top need of every smartphone user. I wish Microsoft will do something immediately to satisfy user needs in order to make windows phone is a better alternative to Android and IOS

Contacts handling very poor in WP. I used Nokia C7 Symbian OS. Contacts are very well organised. Transferring Contacts with Pictures to others phones were easy. In Lumia, even if you send contacts thru BT, some fields like Skype, MSN, Yahoo IDs will not transfer, coz there is no field defined in Lumia.
I hope Nokia Windows Phones will take into consideration of including all fields in Contact list in Phone itself, not in Hotmail or Outlook.

the whole world doesnt revolve in WhatsApp.. there are other alternatives out there.. the only requirement for you is to look for them.. or you can abandon all that "free" sms apps and move on to the native messaging app in the phone..
