Battery is pretty amazing, I'm sure the AMOLED screen also makes it more efficient in consuming battery power. The only thing that's really sucking battery power is the camera, anyway that is very logical.

Got mine. Power performance is superb. The power drainer is only if u leave ur camera opens all the time, elsewise battery is very efficient just like all WindowsPhone thanks to the OS.
Camera is awesome, u can toggle between semi-auto/manual if u r not really a fully manual person. Still works like charm. Taking picture only slight delay for saving n only for Pro Cam. U can switch to normal camera function n it just captures as fast as normal cam n also with good lowlight performance.

Just keep calm, soon this phone will drop to around $300 in few months. because it has nothing compare to other smartphones on the market, just the best camera.
