I'm looking forward to the next iterations of this fone. With more resolution screen, an SD slot and 64GB internal memory. Then I'll get one!
I currently have the Nokia 808 Pureview and I love it. The photos are amazing and I can crop them in the fone with NO loss of detail. Brilliant, sad that Symbian is no longer supported.

Grow up kid....windows is the best as of now and something..new and very secure . Fast and doent lag...and nokia hardware is the best a fone can ever have.... 1020 rocks...gonna replace my 808 pv....I can see a very good future for windows thanks to nokia...and some awesome aaps r made just for windows :)

agreed this phone is awesome but some of the features are totally worst like no memory card slot inbuild battery back x is 41 mp but secondry only 1'2 phone price is 40k that is the worst
batter ontions is i can go for samsung galaxy s4 that is fully android smart phone

Go to settings -> applications -> background tasks -> (now click i.e.) WhatsApp and then click on block button. This will prevent the app to run in the background. On WP8 this is very easy, on Android impossible, on iOS I don't really care.

why is everyone so worried about the cores?? i mean if it has a buttery smooth OS... with almost the same apps as its contesters... then why would you need more cores?????????

iphone5 or sg4 far better.
about 41mp camera, we already have seen nokia808 ,
not much difference in nokia's 41mp with 13mp/8Mp of samsung and apple
Inbetween, why wp8 doen't have notification panel ? like ios and android?
Again, ui of wp8 boring like hell !

No SDcard and with only 32gb internal storage and no option for a 64gb and a dual-core (instead of quad-core)processor makes it worse.
Don't think I'm interested in buying the Nokia Lumia 1020 as I also skipped buying the Samsung Galaxy S4 due to it's 16gb internal storage.
