Sir,
I have bought Lumia 520 about 8 months ago .my phones touch is not working since 4 months.i have contacted many nokia cares but they are saying that touch is not available with them or you should wait for 30 days etc....i thought of complaining in official site but there is no option at all to complain.so,please look into my issue and clear it out.please sir....

AnonD-162155, 31 Jul 2014i still not received wp8.1 official update why?? please tel... moreDude, people who are saying they got wp8.1 actually got developer preview only, its not the official update. Official update isn't available yet for Lumia 520.
If you want developer preview of 8.1 then register as a developer with your main live email id at appstudio.com. download 'Preview for developers' app from store, then enter the same id there and enable preview for developers.
Now go to settings and check for updates. (two small Preparing updates and third one is 8.1 DP)
(I would recommend wait for official update) :)

But if you have 3g plan than put this sim into another Smartphone of your friends which have a internet sharing aka Wi-Fi hotspot option. Than share internet from that phone to your phone. Turn on your wifi , it ll detect a wifi from your friend phone. Now you can update.

Or try to hard reset your phone. Hard reset ll erase your data and apps.. You have to install app again..

Go to settings > go to touch, and you ll find an option there at the bottom, turn it off, restart required.. If you don't find than update your touch setting app. (You need latest Lumia black software to do this)

jagger , 31 Jul 2014donot fool around with genuine wp users what i told is true... moreNo need of antivirus at all, the thing u have seen is bcoz of little overloading over ram if u do it very fast.

I bought new 32gb class 10 micro sd card. I got all huge games from pc and its shocking. My phone runs very smoothly..i have nw gta,six guns,asphalt 8,temple run 1 and 2,subway surfer,dungaon hunter,and all games in store that have allow their trials. All games runs smoothly even my brothers samsung galaxy mega 6.3 cannot support min20 games. Proud to have lumia 520. Thank you windows,thank you nokia. I have this best mobile phone in my life.

AnonD-287542, 31 Jul 2014I have a total of 87 apps installed on my phone (Lumia 520)... moreYes, these wp devices runs awesome even after installing any number of apps, but make sure to keep atleast 10-40 MB of free space in phone memory or else the apps will crash!
