8.1 with Lumia black is developer preview directly from MS. Even after preview installed you should install official update with Lumia cyan

Friends this is fix news. Please believe it. Windows 8.1 GDR1 update will coming on 4th August for developers preview. All dps can get update on 4th August all over the world.
