jagger, 31 Jul 2014These problems do not come after I do hardreset checked for... morethese problems occurred because of lot of stress on phone while surfing on web n lots of apps n process working in background. which affects on ram of phone.. so these r common issues in low ram phones.
when u hard reset then everything deleted n automatically stress on ram reduces so it works normal..

AnonD-100814, 31 Jul 2014microsoft made wp os secure from core.. so malwares n virus... morei can feel virus in wp as crashing,disconnection of internet,black screen during lock & unlock is common after using IE,when i do hardreset it become normal but after using internet again same problem comes back but you said wp is not vulnerable

jagger, 31 Jul 2014WP doesn't have antivirus how it is secure?????microsoft made wp os secure from core.. so malwares n virus not attacks because wp os itself block all this n not allowing to enter..
so antivirus app is useless here n also ther is no way to make antivirus app for wp os coz microsoft doesn't allow to scan ur phones system n private data for third party apps

Anonymous, 31 Jul 2014There is no zooming option on video recording........There is zooming (pinch to zoom)option on video recording in 520 8.1 default camera..if not use 8.1 use Nokia Camera zoom option

So you sold download it again. Because it I vey good at downloading.. It ll save your files direct on SD card. It ll also create a folder named UC download on SD card, so it ll help you to transfer files on PC too. So yes, you should use it for downloading purpose..

first u go to store and download the application"preview for developers" ..later put the tick mark on the agreement box....then exit and go to settings......then software update.......then....check the update....

one n only problem with Windows 8.1 update in 520 is face book problem...yes brother...face book contacts not sync, upload pics on fb is dead slow(horible)....rest of the things are awesome.....
