Rik, 26 Mar 2014I have a 520 from June last year. It may sound awkward but ... moreIf your device still no Lumia Amber, you can still update it. Makr sure to always check updqte inside settings. In Lumia Amber firmware and higher only you will get feature like FM radio. Other storage is something that still not fixed by Nokia, wait the latest update. Do reset will delete all your data including downloaded apps and your setting and you can gey them back by downloading them again. To reset just go to setting, find reset phone. You can add Hotmail account, but primary account is the first you sign in or create to enable device download apps from Store

In Lumia 520,how should we have to download the video.because in uc browser we download any video means ...the video was not saving to memory card...so plz tell how can we save the videos in memory card....why the normal browser can't download the videos...

Very much disapointed with the lumia520 .. n specially with company my mobile started over heating after use of jst 20 days I asked for the replacement from company instead of giving any solutions .. good features but to risky to use as bettry get over heated alot.
