Rik, 26 Mar 2014I have a 520 from June last year. It may sound awkward but ... morecheck your phone update you can surely update it first it will update to lumia amber then to lumia black you can oi it by wifi or 3g internet sharing from other mobile it will take 500 mb to download this two update

I have a 520 from June last year. It may sound awkward but i did not update to the amber due to some unavoidable circumstances(my board exams). I have some queries:
1) Can i still update to amber?
2) If not, can i get the more recent update with the features of amber(radio,etc.)?
3) My phone memory has reached high("others" has reached over 2.6gb)So, should i Reset my phone?
4) Will i get back all the apps that came with the phone after reseting?
5) Please mention the procedure of reset.
6) I want to start fresh. Can i start the phone again with a new hotmail account?
Please answer my above queries, please....

I would like to know what is it that is eating so much airtime with this phone, even if I'm not using it my airtime is getting finished everyday

no option for sharing vedios throug blue tooth.file manager also not working properly.most of the vedio formats are not openig in this phone.we cannot even detect where memmory card is, and what all things are in memmory card.there is no option like'Rename'.while taking photograps multiple copies are saving.No volume equaliser for music.better not take lumia 520

abhi, 24 Mar 2014please dont buy nokia lumia series phone my personal sugges... moreyou can use 'pocket file manager' to share videos and other files by using bluetooth.

Download Windows phone app for desktop for the windows store and sync your photos, videos and music from that software. search it on google for more info!
