It is waste phone....don't buy it.....it is not smart phone...java phones is 100% best compared with Windows phones....java phones have file manager..battery backup..universel file downloads...copy cut options..Internet share with pc..but Windows phone asks only wifi...i don't have wifi..ihave only 2g and 3g...it doesn't allows share internet 2g or 3g with pc...over 50 mb it asks only wifi... overall i say only one. Don't buy Windows phones don't waste your money

For me smartphone at least can do many things without need of laptop or PC. When I have Lumia 520, why shouldn't it recognized ringtones from SD card? I had some music in SD card, copied to internal memory, those didn't available when I checked Settings, Ringtones.

For a low end phone, I wasn't expecting a lot and this phone doesn't come with a lot. Smartphones are meant to be efficient, this phone doesn't meet that in my opinion - it could be because of the OS as well. For example: it took 30 minutes to install a new keyboard language and no option to learn your typing from emails etc. Nevertheless, I'd say this phone is great for entry level or to give to kids.

Hey guys don't buy this mobile cheap handset it was , if u want to buy this phone be prepared to buy laptop also becoz where ever u go u need a laptop to transfer downloaded items or photos files becoz there is no system to transfer your stuff in phone only u need desktop or laptop for every purpose or u can say want to buy Nokia lumia 520 should also buy a laptop its best to get andriod phones its fast and no need to buy a laptop or desktop to transfer file audio videos etc. Etc.

Friends some are saying that nokia has issued some updates for Lumia 520...that is some minor updates of LUMIA AMBER software..naming "NOKIA UPDATE".is it true?it is not gdr3,but some bug fixes of LUMIA AMBER SOFTWARE.rumors are that this was seen on yesterday28-11-2013.any body have any idea about this?pls tell

Somebody help...i had updated my L520 to gdr3 via preview for devlp..all was working fine..i had updated it 15days ago and after that I also check for updates in settings>phone update>phone updates after checking it will show message"YOUR PHONE IS UP TO DATE LASY CHECK XYZ MINUTES AGO".now yesterday 28-11-2013 at 10.30 pm I again click setting>phone update>check for update....after that message appears "checking for updates...".this message remains for an hour...mean to say it only checks checks ...no notification like "your phone is upto date" or any thing else...any body faces this?is their any new update? I had updated my phone to gdr3,I m using 3g network ..than y this delay? ms account sychronised,time is ok ,date also ok than what is problem? Pls help soon..
