            Pls for those that have done this amber update, I want to ask if it is a worthy update to embark on or is it just a waste of my data bundle? Are there reasonable visible noticeable changes after the update? Thanks

                You need to install Zune to sync up with any windows phone. There is no direct disk access to the device you can only access/exchange files by syncing. You can add ringtones by creating MP3's that are under 300kb and changing their ID3 tag to genre 'ringtones' - after syncing you can use them. Good luck with your windows phone! They're great. I've got the HTC Titan II and love it.

                  Deleting multiple CONTACTS can be done on Lumia phones. First sync ur contacts with any of the Microsoft account's. Goto Outlook.com, choose People. Contacts will be shown on the left column. You can select multiple contacts using SHIFT+Page Down key. Choose Delete from the Menu.
                  Then update the sync from ur phone.
