I didn't get the Amber update, what's wrong? What should I do? When I go to Settings ->Phone update, there is no Amber updates. Do I need to connect to PC for this? Please help!

hi..
i am using nokia lumia from 1 weak... today my was switched off suddenly and it did not power on after pressing the power button.... then i removed the battery and powered on... there after i have connected to power supply for charging... during that time it has been restarted...
