AnonD-129267, 15 Sep 2013I dnt have such problem like not opening of setting while i... moreI am not sure what exactly happened. Cause I experienced that. When my friend tried connecting my Lumia wifi sharing, it failed connected, when I back (exit) a while from Setting, enter again, it was loading then force me out from Setting everytime I enter Setting, so I restarted my Lumia.

The nokia is giving a tit security in Lumia..when you have enter a b'date of your in Microsoft's acc under 20 year(means your born in 1995 so you are 18 years old )then nokia have to need your parents acc...because this is for child security ... So u may try your b'date in Microsoft acc..above 20 years ..so write your b'date 16/09/1988 or you like....

Iam nokia 520 user.iam in India.
really bad that still we have not received amber update for 520 in India.
they are releasing in small country like srilanka first but we India second in population still not get.
what basis they releasing we don't no.though 520 phone 28% market share in total windows phone market not getting update.
iam tired and finally decided to go for android smartphones.

i have... moreAfter Lumia Amber furmware, the battery is last longer, flip to silence, Data sense app available, but the lack (not sure it is bug of software or not), when I turned on internet sharing, my friend uses Samsung Galaxy Young turn on wifi, then choose Nokia Lumia 520, enter the password written, I can't enter Settings, everytime I entered, it is loading then exit itself.
The other lacks:
- Some apps are still behind Android
- WhatsApp sometimes shows "WhatsApp has detected an issue with your device's Push Notification system. Please reboot your phone" message
- The notification in apps like WhatsApp, WeChat, etc sometimes delay and not receive automically
- UC Browser is still has recovering memory and force closed issue
- The vibration when receving incoming calls just vibrates once, can't do like in Android
- Can't set mp3 or ringtones in SD card to be used for ringing tone when receive incoming calls
- Can't attach .zip, .rar, in email. Attach documents, the files sbould be in internal memory first and open Office, choose share (uncommon way)
- Can't open document from SD card
- Open Gmail.com using Internet Explorer or UC Browser, login, compose, can't upload attachment
- Videos are restricted, using UC Browser download videos, the files are saved in unknown place
Advantages of Lumia 520:
+ Performance is fast, smooth even in 512 RAM
+ Install many apps won't make RAM decreased that cause lag

I have a lumia 520. Its awesum bt when i take any video via bluetooth, then i dnt find it anywhere in my phone. The folder of video shows nothing. Guyz please hlp me out.

Buy BUy Buy this phone.... Its value for money.....
If you are game lover and wants to try new apps, game titles etc then you must go for Andriod.
But if you like more social networking, and calls and a casual game lover.... then go for this deadly handset.....
