after rebooting whatsapp works properly

It clearly stated that in windows phone 8 SDK there is no access to video hub for developers... Without SDK support how can a developer develops an app with video hub access... ?

windowss is light and quick because it is ddesigned in c# and android is need more ram and processor because it uses linux and java
so the c is so fast in execution in limited memory and hardware and it needed less memory for os but the android is needed more powerful processor and it is not reliable as windows (c)

Guys this period is full of confusion
because in present below 15k android device can't performs well and Lumia device has some limitations
