I tried with fb app... in UC and IE both in mobile mode and Desktop mode... In Desktop view you can see the attach option but it won't work coz it needs flash support... And in UC the Browser hangs every time with Facebook... And also you can't use the Facebook picture comment feature...

any way i am not using chrome or IE... I am a Firefox user...
and in wp8 IE is the best among available browsers despite of some limitations and restrictions... But when opera mini enters into windows Phone, the things will change...

About uc browser and other download software. Yes you can download it but you cant share it with others. You cant even access that with any other app

Also it was google who removed chrome for Windows 8 because there developer find it difficult to write in c# language. And it was hackers who found a way to install it. And it was a request from many famous site to remove chome due to its open nature. Like you can download a paid and play on flash game. Install add block etc
