Dude,Did you update your device via Wi-Fi or software updater? What is the firmware version number of your phone after updating to Amber?

****Steps for amber update (lumia 620 and other lumia devices)*****
1.Initially download install the Nokia Software Updater Retail 3.0.4 (from songsmetro.com -on software link section) or direct link (http://www.songsmetro.com/nsuretail/...il%203.0.4.rar).
2.It will prompt for new version then update the Nokia Software Updater Retail
3.connect ur lumia 620
3.It will update the version from 1030.6407.1308.0001 to software version 1030.6407.1308.0002 (the software version is 1.26GB in size and backup ur contacts ,photos etc)
4. Now Check for updates from nokia lumia phone go to-> settings->updates and update the phone
5.Finally u will be updated with Nokia Amber software.
6.It worked for me and many other lumia users.
7.Final software version after amber update will be 3046.0000.1329.20xx.
8.Enjoy!!!

Not showing any update using Vodafone network in west Bengal....
can any 1 help me plz to how to get the amber update...
i also have a prblm i cant connect to im for Facebook its always showing cant connect to chat...
plz help me how can i fix it...

for those who r cnfused beetween xp m and 620 go for m windows phone is updating and android is updated...
apter windows 8.1 u should come back to windows it is totally lag free....

it leck of some of feature,it will be available in few months. but i experience it is fantastic mobile,quility built is excellent,my phone falled down 2 to 3 times got dismantle.i fixed things and its working as before,no one can give such hardware quality beside nokia.

L 620 lacks video downloaders please fix that.it does not support flash player,this is areal pain.although the phone works well.
