Hi! I have been using Lumia 620 for a year, i don't have any issue with it accept one, that really freakin' bothers me. I'm unable to use data plan/ mob internet. Another weird thing is that i can use only whatsapp through data plan, no other app works not even browsing. However! Everything works super smooth on wifi. I'm really pissed. Please help. I've checked Apn settings, it's fine but doesn't work at all. I've heard network setup app fixes this problem, but it's not available for low budget wp. Plz help

Like every windows product that's working great after an up date things go bad. This is why I hate doing updates . If it's not broke don,t fix it but now I did that f in update on my lumina 620 and internet sharing app is musing. What do I have to go buy a new phone now! I think they do this on purpose to make you buy new products. But tests it for me never again will I buy a stinking windows product. They suck

if you`re using WP8 and want to get push notification of WhatsApp Turn off BAttery Saver.
in WP8.1 you can Set "Background process on When Battery Saver on" in Battery Saver App.

Cloud using Settings> Backup> Apps+Settings> Backup now (it will upload only the list of apps ).
{After reset phone will ask you to restore from backup and after login it will download all your apps one by one automatically}
in Cyan update you can Move or Install apps on SD card and Phone memory or Vice vera.

Hello,guyz I've been using Lumia 620 for about a month now,ND I must say....its great,I've been using an android phone earlier,ND even though the platform has lots of apps,the platform simply isn't cut out for entry level phones...now about the phone,the phone is lagfree,u won't feel like throwing the phone at all,but while playing games like subway surf I did encounter a bit of lag(nothing major).i guess its becoz of the limited ram ND a low processor inside it.but still u can do average gaming on it.the camara is great its better than that of l625.the speakers are very loud ND crisp.Dolby is good as well,the phone is good to look at,ND it feels alright in the hand..now what I don't like about the phone is that the phone overheats alot,u will surely feel the hotness trust me.its sometimes unresponsive but only sometimes,and about the battery,yes its not great at all...u will surely need to charge it every day,intact even if you switch on the battery saver on.u will only get like about 14houres of usage.so that is one major thing to look at,but still for me its not too bad.nd actually for the price your paying this phone is great....good day folks😉 oh plz note that I haven't upgraded to 8.1 yet,so with that the performance might improve...

Lumia 620 operates perfectly after Lumia Cyan update I was thinking of getting Lumia 630 but I've changed my mind after this update

Why when anyone send me a message on whats app am not getting it directly on my lumia one i should open the phone and the whatsapp to get it am not getting it as push message i should retreive it any help inn this

After reset will i have to install each app individually?? Is there no option to install them in a bunch?

2.After reset all features will work.if any feature is missing in settings like "double tap to wake up", glance, vibration then you can check for updates in Store(WindowsPhone Store Application) settings.
3. you`ve to backup your contacts by using Settings> backup> Apps+Settings>Backupnow
or
using "Transfer my data" app tap ( ... ) three dots in Right bottom Corner then tap to "Export to SD card" and Choose Contact or Text or Both As Desired and tap to Start. your data will be backed up to your SD Card. to restore use same app and choose "import from SD card".
4. no issue in Hard reset.

last update did not you open the camera and flashlight,, not recommend to anyone! I have to get another phone, anything but Nokia phone is a mess!

No big issue. U can reset and then update. Every function work properly.i did it many times.

I want to hard reset my L620. I m just confused with the following:
1. Should i reset & then update to Cyan or should i update to Cyan & then reset? Does it make a difference?
2. If i first reset then will my phone be running on Lumia Black(currently running) same version, same build?? Coz i read somewhere after hard reset some funtions like "double tap to wake up", glance, vibration etc are not available after reset(on Lumia Black).
3. Will my contacts be back after i log in with my id(after reset)? or back up is recommended?
4. Any side effect of hard reset? I heard that during the hard reset gears keep on spinning with no activity...

Hello all,i am facing a problem, my WhatsApp memory it's continuously increasing, it had reached to 600 mb, can anyone tell me how to reduce it? My al the images and videos goes to sd and they are hardly 20 videos.
