dear apprentice,
is it possible to store map on class 6 sd card? if yes then how? i've installed lumia storage check beta and there is no way to change map storage in sd card.

The thing is you know what a class 10 card i... moreyeah you are right....many peoples has no idea about class of memory cards....i purchased my memory card before my Lumia....my 720 is working fine...earlier internet sharing was not working even after reset...but in the process of installing speech language phone updated approx 22mb small update...and after completing update speech is installed and internet sharing also worked fine....rest of all is working perfectly....thanx again for responding so quickly...

problem solved....
coz my phone all rea... moreAnytime buddy. The thing is you know what a class 10 card is, but many don't they just go and ask for a mem card based on capacity. Chances are they will mostly end up with class 4, and it will result in performance issues as a result the general public will blame Nokia for poor performance of the maps app. But as we here have noticed that with WP even class 4 cards work fine. So I guess that might have prompted them to introduce that option.
About redownloading of maps. I am not sure but due to sandboxing applied to the applications its limiting certain features like updating the location of referenced files. So you need to redownload those files to the new location and reference them again to the app. But thats just my theory, I am no programmer or developer. But worth a try :)

problem solved....
coz my phone all ready have storage check option in setting so i never downloaded Lumia storage check....just i downloaded that app and got that change option....but map re downloading problem,anyway not a big issue.....thanx man

It will have low t... moreNo my map is not working slow....maps is working smoothly....and i have sandisk class10 32GB microsd....my phone also have storage check (not Lumia storage check) but there are no change option under maps button....i have no problem about maps performance...i only want to clear my 600mb of phone memory by transferring it to microsd...nothing else....please understand my point and suggest

I think some peoples here only wants a toy not a mobile phone....they're not interested in technology and innovation....they just want a device for gaming.always they're weeping like girls saying that game is not supported,o my god this game is also not supported....
i know u all are still kids but its time to grow up and also its time for shut the **** off.
don't blame anyone (the apprentice) for your selection coz no one throws their thousands on any others advice.....so stop this kind of activity on this platform and go among same level and same category peoples and enjoy trolling,blaming,weeping.....thnx

solution: - Install Lumia Storage Check App. Open it. Let it complete its processing. Swipe to right. Maps. Change. SD Card. Guess you will have re download the maps, not sure.

i have downloaded map of India about 600mb....now map and drive is working fine offline....problem is my phone memory doesn't contain folder named MapData ......i want to transfer my 600mb map on my microsd ....what's the problem and what's the solution.....please
