Only Nokia Spain confirmed that Amber update is coming in August, while there is no official word from other markets. But be sure that Amber update and Windows Phone 8.1 have been promised for the current Lumias. 40% of Android phones are still running of a 5 year old Gingerbread and you say Android is better? If you find it so much better, you are free to choose Android. But at least don't spread hate and false information.

The lumia wp8 will have amber update, FM radio, camera and other features coming to this phone.

i dont think there is update for nokia lumia and othe windos phone they say there is update on june when june come the say no the update on july .july is come no the update on august they are liar they want to selling alot of ugly windos phone with this lie they can not opposition with android that is better so so so much from windos phone i think windows phone user will wait august september 2014...2015...2016 with out any update.

i purchased lumia 620 few days ago, but from the purchasing, battery back is very low. but in specification, it mentioned talk time 14 hours, but its standby onlt 20 hours. whats the problem, i don't know.

When you go there, tell them that you have an over heating problem and in return it drains the battery, if you just say your phone drains the battery chances are they will simply replace the battery and give it to you, without having a look at the pcb.

I don't know why there are so many negative comments for this phone. I have been using this phone for 3 weeks now and my overall experience is good.
WP8 is a beautiful OS. gr8 features. only cons are lack of FM radio, side buttons are delicate u have to take care.

Requesting you to get serviced from the service center. And whenever you charge your phone, charge it from the USB rather than wall charger. In India electricity fluctuation is common thing, specially during the monsoon. At such time any up and down with electricity will damage your phone. I had the same problem with my 5233(twice, once the battery was damaged and next the PCB) as it was not possible to charge it via USB. It used to drain battery at quicker rate and if I turned music or internet on, it used get hot as a frying pan.
I once again apologize and request you to get your phone serviced from an authorized Nokia Care Center. Please don't give the phone to your local dealer.

I would suggest you write to Nokia care, explain your problem and insist on a replacement. I had hardware issues with my C5-00. I was persistent and they finally replaced my C5 with a C5-5MP (Upgrade!!).
So, instead of ranting about your problem here,do something about it.

i m using since 3 months, earlier was good, but want to tell u last nite i hav fully charged the fone 100%, and put the data off so i can use it today, but what i hav seen was jus shocking really dint expect from Nokia , my fone shows 45% battery...i mean whts wrong with this fone...it keeps draining...all other shortcomings are accepted, i know its new os...frankly speaking i love this fone its an eye catcher...but thinking bout the battery backup all stupid things i burst it out here....really sorry 4 that....
