Please never directly buy an app only because its descriptions and reviews are good. It could be a ways to scam your money, always try first and then buy.

for the past few days the live tile of the store has stopped showing the available app updates on my Lumia 620. Now i have to manually search for apps. anybody else facing this issue â”

Its not a gorilla glass, but reports are that Nokia has applied a coating, anyways request you to apply a scratch guard anyway.
Whatsapp is there, although its not as optimum as android version, but it works.
Viber is also there.
There are tons of Qura'n and prayers app.
Wheather apps and reminder apps are also there in plenty like simply wheather or wheater flow.
Where is my perry and water both are available along with Gravity Guy 2, Gun Bros, Ragdoll Run, Puzzle Craft, Galactic Regins and newly launched Asphalt 7 Heat
Main disadvantages
1) Browsers cannot download in the background, but apps and games will.
2) No file manager, but I hardly call it as a disadvantage. Instead of accessing your files via file manager you will have to use the corresponding app.
3) Whatsapp as well as other messengers cannot send pre downloaded audio or video files
4) PDF software is not upto the mark
5) Battery is bit of a concern, though I get a 10-12 hr of backup on everyday basis, but if I start to surf the net or play games for long hours then I hardly get 5 hrs.

If u have a downloaded xap file in ur microsd then what is the process of installing app via that xap file.....and if u reset the phone, will u able to reinstall the app again via that xap file.... ...please teach me in detail..... Thanx again

BTW ... my apps I used with android are : whatsup - viber - any.do - weather forecast - Qura'n & prayer times + any games like where is my water ...etc " I meant the basics not that much if you can get me "

all things of nokia lumia 620 is good and i m using it for 2 weeks , but the battery is very weak, which is affecting its popularity, its battery drain within 12 hrs
