1) For phone download it compulsory needs wifi.
2) Even after that it needs 4GB free space to download - I seriously don't know why.
3) The way out is to download xap offline from the website, transfer it to the SD card and then install it.

Which will get full within a week and Since you cant install apps on SD card, you will start receiving the error of Memory Low, you will have to constantly remove old apps to install new ones.

i want to know what are the most important differences between the lumia 620 & htc 8s , i have noticed a difference in battery power between the two devices in addition to the type of screen but i need to no the best one plz

I bought this mobile 15 days back.. Really its an awesome device...
Good in this:
Music is awesome ( Im using Samsung earphone )
Cam is nice
Fast processer
super smooth touch
No lag n hang
Nice design
Gtalk, Skype is really charm
Internet is superb
Not good:
Viber is not clear
Opera mini is not available
Limited apps

Here My suggestion....
Sola and Go are old now, and ICS is does lag. So, if you want to buy an Android Phone, start looking for more alternative like Galaxy S advance, HTC desire X. Atleast it runs on JB which is quite smooth and support all Android apps. Some very recent apps does not support ICS.(very few apps)
and If you want L620, you must ready for some compromises. It is fast,fluid & unique and end of story.
If Apps/games and filemanager is not a big deal for you then you should go for L620. You'll like it.
and if you want further info just comment it.

for ex create a new folder and copy all ur music in it
similarly for ur videos
format ur memory card and do this
there will only be single copies
ps:even though 4-5 copies of each file are shown
the space consumed is actually fr a single file only

the files in the memory card of my l620 is multiplied into 4 to 5 places and if I delete any the file will not be since again. When I sure it the first time I changed the 32g micro SD to a new one,but the problems is still there in this new one. Initially I told the SD cards was corrupt but when I read the micro SD card with a pc, the files are normal in both the returned and new SD. Please I need ur suggests and or tips or advice. Thanks
